我国高校体育教育专业技术学科课程建设研究

【摘要】 改革开放30年,我国经济的快速发展和社会的和谐稳定,为高等教育的发展提供了有利条件。20世纪末,我国高等教育实施扩大招生,经过10年的发展,我国高等教育实现了历史性的突破。在高等教育规模持续增长的情况下,继续保持教育质量的不断提高,是我们面临的前所未有的严峻挑战。为此,教育部于2003年推出了“质量工程”,启动了精品课程建设。其目的是通过精品课程建设切实推进教育创新,深化教学改革,促进现代信息技术在教学中的应用,共享优质教学资源,带动整体课程建设,全面提高教育教学质量。体育教育专业一直是我国体育专业教育的主体专业,担负着培养各级各类体育师资的重任。体育教育专业课程建设和教学改革对提高教育教学质量起到了至关重要的作用,而技术学科(术科)课程代表了专业的特色和根本。因此,本研究以体育教育专业技术学科课程建设为研究对象,运用文献资料法、访问调查法、问卷调查法、实地研究法、个案研究法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法等研究方法,对体育教育专业“术科”课程建设展开研究。通过对体育教育专业“术科”课程建设理论研究,构建了“术科”课程建设的理论框架,并对体育教育专业“术科”课程建设的现状和问题进行了深入分析,结合“术科”精品课程建设个案研究,总结经验,探寻规律,提出了“术科”课程建设的对策。旨在为体育教育专业“术科”课程建设提供理论依据;为高校体育院系“术科”课程建设提供参考和借鉴。促进优质资源共享,提高教学质量,带动高校体育院系“术科”课程的整体建设和可持续发展。本研究的主要结论如下:1、体育教育专业“术科”课程建设的理论框架主要包括“术科”课程建设的基本概念、价值、指导思想、建设原则、建设系统和建设方法六个方面。2、我国高校精品课程建设创建了国家级、省级和校级三级精品课程体系,构建三级精品课程网络和管理体系,基本实现了建设目标,推动了高校课程改革,促进了优质资源共享,带动了高校整体课程建设,取得了良好的效果。体育教育专业“术科”精品课程发展缓慢,省级和校级“术科”精品课程建设重视不够,突出问题表现在课程理念落后,课程体系缺乏整体改革,师资队伍力量薄弱,缺少政策扶持,对网络建设和辐射共享作用重视不够等方面。3、《武术》、《篮球》和《大众足球》精品课程建设的基本经验:树立先进的理念,以名师挂帅,组成结构合理的教学团队;积极探索新的教学模式,合理运用现代信息技术,改革教学方法与手段,创新课程体系;以政策扶持和经费投入作保障,完善教学条件和网络教学环境,实施科学化管理。4、体育教育专业“术科”课程建设的对策:明确指导思想,树立先进的理念,以一流的教学团队和管理队伍对课程体系的各要素进行创新和整体改革;加强政策扶持和经费投入,重视网络建设,拓展建设途径,推动精品课程优质资源的辐射共享,保持“术科”课程建设的可持续发展。

【Abstract】 Since 30 years of reform and opening-up, the rapid growing economy and the harmony of society provide a favorable condition for the development of university education. At the end of 20th century the university education of our country began to expand the enrolling, which now has a historical breakthrough during the ten years of development. Now the severe challenge we are facing is to keep promoting the education quality when the education scale keeps growing. Hence, the Ministry of Education proposed the“Quality Project”and started the construction of elaborate course, for the purpose of advancing the teaching creation, furthering the teaching reform, promoting the modern information technique to be applied into the teaching process, sharing the teaching resources of high quality, improving the unified curriculum construction and increasing the teaching quality though the construction of elaborate course.Physical education is always the main major in sports specialized education of our country and shoulders the responsibility of training up various physical education faculties. The curriculum construction of physical education major and the teaching reform plays an essential role on improving the teaching quality, in which the technical discipline represents the characteristic and foundation. Therefore, this paper aims at exploring the curriculum construction of the technical discipline of physical education major by drawing on the methods of literature material, interview, questionnaire, empirical, case, logic analysis, and statistics and so on. By studying on the curriculum construction of the technical discipline of physical education major, this paper constructs the theory frame, and has a further analysis on the status quo and the existing problems of the course construction. And by researching the case of elaborate course, summarizing the experience and exploring the orderliness, and proposing the strategy for the curriculum construction of the technical discipline. This paper is designed to provide theory basis for the curriculum construction of the technical discipline of physical education major and provide reference for the course construction of the technical discipline of physical education department in university. The purpose of this paper is to promote the resource share, teaching quality and push forward the unified construction and the sustainable development of technical discipline. The conclusion of the paper is:1. The theory frame of the curriculum construction of the technical discipline of the physical education major mainly include the six aspects: the basic conception of technical discipline, values, directing thought, construction rules, construction system and construction method.2. The curriculum construction of the universities of our country have set state, provincial and university the three level elaborate course system, and constructed the three level elaborate course website and management system. And the aim of construction has been achieved, the university curriculum reform has been improved, the correct resource share has been promoted, the university curriculum construction has been pushed forward and fulfilled the favorable achievements. However, the construction of elaborate curriculum of technical discipline of the physical education major develops slowly and is not paid enough attention on the provincial and university level. As for it, the main problems are the backward conception on curriculum, the lack of reform on the curriculum system, and the weak teaching team, the lack of state support and the lack of attention on the website construction and recourse-sharing.3. The basic experience of the construction of elaborate curriculum on“Wushu”,“Basketball”and“Masses Football”: setting the advanced idea, guided by the celebrity teacher and rightly constructing the teaching team; exploring a new teaching mode, properly using the modern information technique, reforming the teaching method and creating the curriculum system; guaranteeing the policy and finance supported, completing the teaching condition and net-teaching environment and carrying the scientific management.4. The strategies on the curriculum construction of technical discipline of physical education major: making clear the directing thought, setting the advanced idea, developing the top teaching team and management team to make an innovation on every factor of curriculum system and have a total reform, strengthening the policy and finance support, stressing on the net construction, expanding the construction path, pushing forward the sharing of the elaborate course and keeping the sustainable development on the curriculum construction of technical discipline.
