按单生产供应链运作关键问题研究

【摘要】 随着社会经济发展和人们生活水平的提高,企业面临市场需求个性化、多样化和产品生命周期越来越短等生存和竞争压力。传统按库存生产方式已不适应市场的变化,伴随供应链理论的快速发展,一场以快速、最大限度地满足客户个性化需求为目的的按单生产供应链之间的竞争正逐渐展开,如何快速地、低成本地满足市场上客户个性化、多样化需求正被广大学者和实践者所关注。因此,探讨研究按单生产供应链管理,对于科学指导企业在新的市场需求条件下的供应链管理具有重要的理论和实践意义。本论文围绕按单生产供应链运作的关键问题进行了深入的研究和探讨。(1)界定按单生产供应链定义;分析按单生产供应链的结构、特点和运作过程。探讨按单生产供应链运作主要问题;提出按单生产供应链运作管理体系。0(2)提出供应链整合模式,指出传统供应链(按库存生产供应链)是供应链整合模式的一种特殊形式。研究产品特性、客户需求演进、需求不确定性、企业能力和产品生命周期等因素对供应链选择的影响。采用微观经济学理论探讨供应链的设计方法;提出供应链选择和设计步骤。(3)讨论按单生产供应链流程再造的原因;提出按单生产供应链流程再造原则;提出按单生产供应链系统价值链模型和时间压缩模型;提出按单生产供应链流程再造实施的体系结构:针对按单生产供应链运作特点,对六个关键业务流程进行了再造。提出基于GSPN模型的流程再造性能诊断方法。(4)分析按单生产供应链的组织特点;构建按单生产供应链组织平台;采用分形和模块理论研究按单生产供应链的组织结构;分析按单生产供应链组织职能和功能;探讨按单生产供应链组织间的界面整合方案。(5)提出按单生产供应链协同运作的必要性。结合协同理论和耗散理论,剖析按单生产供应链协同运作机制。研究按单生产供应链协同运作的关键问题。探讨按单生产供应链协同产品开发和协同物流管理的运作流程和实现机制。(6)根据Balanced Scorecard Strategy map方法,构建一个完善的按单生产供应链绩效评价体系。采用定量分析方法,对关键绩效指标进行量化;采用改进的三角模糊数评价方法进行绩效评价,并结合实例给出动态绩效评价结果。

【Abstract】 With the development of society economy and improvement of standard of living, the enterprise faces survival and competition stress such as demand individuation and diversification, product lifecycle becoming short. The traditional supply chain management is not fit for the change. A management competition of BOSC in order to satisfy customer individuation demand is gradually spreading with the development of supply chain theory and is regarded by the scholar and the enterpriser. Hence, the study of BOSC management for guiding scientifically enterprise to implement SCM in the new market demand is an important significance in theory and practice. The thesis studies and discusses operation key issues deeply in BOSC.(1) Discuss the definition of BOSC; Analyze the structure, character and operation of BOSC; Discuss main problems of BOSC operation; Put forward operation management system of BOSC.(2) Put forward the conformity model of supply chain; Point out that the traditional supply chain is an extremely type of conformity model; Study the effect of product character, customer demand advancement, demand uncertainty, enterprise ability, product lifecycle for the selection of supply chain; Discuss design method of supply chain with microeconomics theory; Put forward selection and design steps of supply chain.(3)Discuss the reasons of BOSC process reengineering; Put forward the rules of BOSC process reengineering; Put forward the value chain model and time compression model; Put forward system structure of BOSC process reengineering; Reengineer the six processes aimed at operation of BOSC; Put forward the diagnosis way of process reengineering with GSPN model.(4) Analyze character of BOSC organization; Construct flat roof of BOSC organization; Study the structure of BOSC organization with fractal theory; Analyze organization function of BOSC; Discuss three inface management models among organization of BOSC.(5)Put forward the necessity of collaborative operation in BOSC; Analyze mechanism of collaborative operation in BOSC with Synergetics and Dissipative Theory; Study the main problems of BOSC collaboration operation; Discuss operation process and implement mechanism of collaboration product development and logistic management in BOSC.(6)On the basis of Balanced Scorecard Strategy Map, construct performance evaluation system of BOSC; Make the performance index quantitative analysis; Evaluate the performance with the improved Triangular Fuzzy Number method and present the example.
