光谱成像仪定标技术研究

【摘要】 本论文重点研究了光谱成像仪定标技术,主要内容包括:1、介绍了光谱成像仪的10种分类及代表仪器,详细介绍滤光片型、色散型和干涉型光谱成像仪的成像原理,并对三类仪器的异同点进行分析。2、在介绍CCD相机、色散型光谱成像仪定标原理的基础上,全面总结干涉型光谱成像仪的定标原理,包括光谱定标原理,相对辐射定标原理和绝对辐射定标原理,详细论述实验室定标、野外定标、星上定标和替代定标方法,并分析了CCD相机、色散型光谱成像仪和干涉型光谱成像仪定标原理的异同点。3、详细介绍不确定度的概念和评价方法,全面总结干涉光谱成像仪不同阶段、不同内容定标方法的不确定度因子及合成不确定度。4、在调研机载和星载遥感器定标状况的基础上,重点介绍了AVIRIS(Airborne Visible/Infrared Imaging Spectrometer)的实验室定标、MODIS(MODerateresolution Imaging Spectrometer)的星上定标和FTHSI(Fourier TransformHyper Spectral Imager)的实验室定标和星上定标。5、针对“环境与灾害监测预报卫星”超光谱成像仪(空间调制干涉光谱成像仪),给出了实验室光谱定标、相对辐射定标和绝对辐射定标和不确定度分析的详细结果。本论文的主要创新点是:1、全面总结干涉光谱成像仪定标原理,提出具有可实施性的定标方法和步骤:2、提出一种用于实验室相对定标的方法—单色仪相对定标法;3、提出实验室定标(光谱定标、相对定标和绝对定标)、野外定标、星上定标和替代定标不确定因子分析方法。

【Abstract】 The spectrometric calibration technology is studied in this thesis, including:1. Tenth class of imaging spectrometer and typical instruments is classified.The theories of Filtering spectrometer, Dispersive spectrometer and Interferometric spectrometer are introduced detailed and the similarities and differences of them is analyzed.2. The calibration theories of CCD camera and Dispersive spectrometer are introduced, the calibration theories of Interferometric spectrometer is summarized, including theories of Spectral Calibration, Relative Radiometric Calibration and Absolute Radiometric Calibration. Preflight Laboratory Calibration, Preflight Field Calibration, In-flight Calibration, Ground-based Calibration and cross calibration is introduced in detail and the similarities and differences of calibration theories of CCD camera, Dispersive spectrometer and Interferometric spectrometer are analyzed.3. The conception and evaluation method of uncertainty are introduced in detail. The uncertainty factors and composed uncertainty of phases and contents are summarized.4. The status of remote sensor calibration is researched, Preflight Laboratory Calibration of AVIRIS (Airborne Visible/Infrared Imaging Spectrometer), In-flight Calibration of MODIS (MODerate resolution Imaging Spectrometer) and both calibration of FTHSI (Fourier Transform HyperSpectral Imager) are introduced in emphasis.5. For hyperspectral imager of "Small Satellite System for Environment and Disaster Monitoring and Forecasting"(spatially modulated spectrometer), the detailed results of Spectral Calibration, Relative Radiometric Calibration and Absolute Radiometric Calibration and uncertainty are given.The main innovations in this thesis are:1. The calibration theory of Interferometric spectrometer is summarized, brought forward enforceable method and steps of calibration.2. A relative radiometric calibration method based on Monochromator is invented.3. Uncertainty factors and methods of Preflight Laboratory Calibration (Spectral Calibration, Relative Radiometric Calibration and Absolute Radiometric Calibration), Preflight Field Calibration, In-fight Calibration and Vicarious Calibration are invented.
