【摘要】 我国是矿产资源的生产和需求大国,在国内生产、国际化战略以及集约化经营过程中,都离不开金融支持。金融是我国矿业经济实现可持续发展的重要保障手段。在借鉴已有的研究文献基础上,本论文从理论和实践两方面对我国矿业经济可持续发展的金融支持问题进行研究:一是采取定性、定量结合的研究方法,较为系统地阐述金融与包括矿业经济在内实体经济的关联与影响。二是分析我国矿业资本市场的功能,对影响我国矿业上市公司资本结构的因素进行实证分析研究;三是论证了为实现我国矿业经济的可持续发展,在立足国内的基础上还要面向国际,充分利用国际资源。四是提出促进我国矿业经济科学发展的配套金融措施建议。1、运用实证分析方法测算矿产资源因素对我国工业经济增长的影响和行业间资本溢出系数。2、应用实物期权方法对企业的矿源勘探开发风险投资进行评价,提出企业应根据不确定性变化动态地做出决策,从而使得风险投资管理更具有柔性。3、提出应以政策性金融为主导、综合运用多种金融手段,来解决对外直接投资过程中的资金和风险防范问题。4、提出了一种对矿产企业参与金融资产投资的综合风险测算方法。5、在矿产资源储备资金运营方面,实证分析了矿产储备平准基金具有稳定矿产品市场的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is a big country in production and consumption of mineral products, so that the support of the finance is necessary for the inland production, international stratagem and the intensive operation. The finance is the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of our country mineral economy sustainable development .Making use of mature frame of reference, aiming at theory and practice, this thesis discusses the problem on the financial support of development of Chinese mining industry economy. Firstly,by means of the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,the thesis expatiates the relation between the finance and the entity economy including the mining economy. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the functions of the mining industry economic capital market,indicates the factories that affect the capital structures of the listing companies .Thirdly, the thesis argufy that to realize the sustainable development of our country’s mining economy,we should take full advantage of international resource. Finally offers some policies and suggestions of the corresponding financial supports for scientific development of Chinese mining industry economy.1、Demonstrate the impact that the factors of mining resource bring out to the growth of industry economy ,and calculate the over flow coefficients among the every industries. The indication is that the overflow coefficients reflect and accord with the actual status of our country’s mining resource.2、Use the real options method to evaluate the risk investment of the mining resource exploration project, It is suggest that the enterprises make decision with the dynamic mode according to the indetermination, so that the management of risk investment will be more flexible.3、Advance that China should give priority to the policy finance, make use of various financial means to solve these difficulties, reduce the original risk point and attract more society fund.4、Devise the new way to calculate the synthesis risk for mining enterprises to invest in financial assets.5、Analyze that the buffer fund of mineral reserve can stabilizes the mining product market.
