【摘要】 本文的研究主题是从理论和实践层面,探索企业网络与区域城镇互动发展的良性互动关系。本文认为,在全球经济进入信息化和一体化时代,支撑区域城镇经济社会发展的微观主体—企业逐步在各种力量的共同作用下,呈现出一种网络化发展趋势;这种企业网络化趋势在改变企业自身组织发展形式的同时,也极大地影响着区域城镇发展的动力基础,使得企业网络与城镇发展之间形成良性互动关系。这种理论的抽象和概括可以从实践层面得到实证检验。换句话说,企业网络化组织程度较高和企业聚集发展的区域,恰好是城镇经济发展活跃的地带和城镇化程度较高的区域;企业网络化发展的加强有助于推动城镇经济的发展和壮大,构成城镇经济中的经济主体—企业的不断发育和网络化发展—更进一步吸引着更多的要素向城镇积聚,并促使新进入企业在原有城镇中和已有企业网络形成更为密集的网络和更为发达的城镇经济,最终导致区域发展城镇化,企业发展网络化和城镇发展区域化现象。令作者感到兴奋的是,这种现象正好是新经济地理学领域研究的核心问题之一。对于企业网络与城镇互动发展这一中心议题的研究,本论文涉及到以下问题,这也构成了论文的基本框架和主要内容。第一章导论,主要介绍选题背景及意义,简要说明论文的研究框架设计、主要方法与技术路线等问题。第二章从不同方面对国内外关于企业网络与城镇发展问题的理论和现有成果进行梳理对比,为全文的研究提供理论依据和借鉴。第三章主要进行了概念界定,其中包括与企业网络有关的网络、经济网络及其组织模式、网络多重效应和网络发展能力,与城镇发展有关的多重效应以及城镇发展动力与实现机制。第四章为理论模型,在对企业网络和城镇互动发展机理阐述的基础上,从宏观和微观层面构建了企业网络与城镇互动发展的计量模型,提出了相关理论假设。第五章关于企业网络与城镇发展的现实,主要对我国经济社会转型阶段的企业网络与城镇发展(分发达区域、欠发达区域)现实进行了总结概括。第六章的实证分析以兰州市为例,从行业和企业角度通过计量模型的实证检验,分析了城市企业网络的发生机理,并对检验结果进行了分析与概括。第七章是论文的结论与政策启示,作者认为对于欠发达地区的经济发展而言,必须突出以特色资源为对接平台的企业网络与各类城镇化发展模式探索,进而通过促进企业的网络化生成、企业的集群化成长、企业家精神的培育和特色化产业的培育,最终实现区域企业网络与城镇的互动良性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theme of the article, from the theoretical and practical aspects, explores positive relations of mutually-promoting development between inter-corporation network and cities and towns. It holds that the corporation, a micro-main which supports economic and social development in the region of cities and towns, appears a trend of network under the various forces, when the global economy enters an age of information and integration. This trend of network development changes their corporations’form of development of organization, at the same time; it also greatly influences motivation mechanism of the regional development, and that forms positive relations between inter-corporation network and development of cities and towns. The abstraction and summarization of this theory can get empirical test from the practical aspects. In other words, these regions in which many corporations gather and in good network organization happen to be the regions with active economic development and a higher degree of urbanization. The development of corporation network can contribute to the towns’economic development and growth. The corporation gradually grows and network develops—can further attract more elements to cities and towns, so new corporations in cities and towns and original corporation networks could form more intensive network and more developed urban economy, which eventually leads to these phenomena, such as, the urbanization of regional development, network of development of corporation, the regionalization of development of towns. To author’s excitement, this phenomenon happens to be one of the core problems that the new economic geography field studies.For the central topic on the mutually-promoting development between inter-corporation network and cities and towns, the paper involves the following issues, and they also constitute the basic framework and the main contents of the thesis. The first Chapter is introduction. The main content contains the design of this paper, the main methods and the technical route. The second chapter compares the existing theoretical results at home and abroad, which is about the corporation network and developing issues of cities and towns from different aspects, all these provide the theory and reference for the paper research. The third chapter is the concept definition. It mainly includes the network, the economic network and its organization pattern, the network multiple effects and the developing forces of network, which are related to the corporation network, the multiple effects which is related to cities and towns’development, and the cities and towns’developing force and implementation mechanism. The fourth chapter is about the realistic foundation of the corporation network and the development of cities and towns, it mainly analyses the affected mechanism on the geographical space which is from corporation network, how the cities and towns’development promote the formation of the corporation network, and the summary of the corporation network and city development (the developed regions, and the less developed regions) during the China’s economic and social transformation period. The fifth chapter is the theoretical model. It bases on the deliberation of corporation network and interactive developing mechanism of cities and towns, and it constructs measurement model of corporation network and the interactive development of cities and towns from the macro and micro facets, and raises relevant theoretical hypothesizes. The sixth chapter is the empirical analysis. It takes Lanzhou City as an example, and tests it through the econometric model from the perspective of industries and enterprises, while analyses the mechanism of the urban corporation network, at last, we get the test results from analysis and summarization. The seventh chapter is the conclusion and policy implication. For the economic development of undeveloped region, the author considers, the development mode of the corporation network which takes specious resources as linking platform and various urbanization should be explored, it can promote the formation of corporation network, the growth of corporation cluster, and the cultivation of the entrepreneurs’spirit and the characteristic industrial.
