管式气流干燥器提质低阶煤理论与技术的研究

【摘要】 本文论述了世界煤炭资源特别是低阶煤资源的储量分布及低阶煤加工利用的必要性。针对国内外低阶煤加工利用状况,探讨低阶煤提质的机理,选定气流干燥提质低阶煤的方法,并分析低阶煤干燥提质的过程原理。根据试验煤样的提质基础实验结果,分析出低阶煤提质影响因素及确立基础设计数据。开发低阶煤提质工艺试验线,并对试验线主副管脉冲气流干燥器和其它主要设备进行参数计算。在分析试验线运行指标和提质产品技术指标的基础上,得出不同试验煤种及对应试验线单双管运行模式下的最佳运行工况。根据试验线运行数据建立试验线气流干燥提质数值模型,并利用试验线最佳运行工况参数对低阶煤提质工业线进行放大设计。

【Abstract】 The paper expatiated on reserves and distributing about world coal resource, especially on low-rank coal resource, and the need of its utilization. Aiming at low-rank coal utilization status home and abroad, it discussed low-rank coal upgrading mechanism, selected airflow dryness upgrading low-rank coal method, and analyzed principle of low-rank coal dryness upgrading process. From the results of coal sample upgrading basic experiments, low-rank coal upgrading infection factors and basic design datum were obtained. The line of low-rank coal upgrading technology was designed, and the parameter of test line main and assistant pulse airflow drier and other main equipments was put forward. Analyzing test line run index and upgrading products index, it present the best run condition under different coal sample and corresponding test line single and double run modes. The test line airflow dryness upgrading numerical value model was founded on basis of run data. According to test line best run condition parameter, low-rank coal upgrading industry line was designed.
