聚丙烯酸系列水煤浆添加剂的合成及应用机理研究

【摘要】 本论文在文献研究的基础上提出了新型聚丙烯酸系列水煤浆添加剂(PA)的初步结构和合成方案。在用正交实验优化了的酯化和共聚条件下,合成出了目标产物。以制浆实验结果为评价指标进一步对产物的结构进行了改进,合成出十三种添加剂。用这些添加剂和萘系添加剂分别对宝日原煤、常村原煤和屯留精煤等六种煤样制浆的实验结果表明:浆浓度相同时,PA系列添加剂比萘系添加剂用量少40%-64%,吨浆成本低5-10元;用量相同时,比萘系浓度提高2%-5%。红外分析推测出PA的结构为以碳氢链为主链,羧酸基、磺酸基、苯环、聚乙二醇酯为侧链的聚丙烯酸系列高聚物,分子量范围为30000-60000。热分析表明PA在温度低于380℃下均能稳定存在。PA结构灵活可调,吸附活性点多,可以有效地在复杂的煤粒表面吸附,显著提高煤表面的亲水性,是优良的新型水煤浆添加剂。

【Abstract】 Based on the literature research, the preliminary structure of new series of polyacrylic acid additives (PA) and synthesis procedure were proposed in this dissertation. The target products were synthesized under the esterification and copolymerization conditions which had been optimized through orthogonal experiments. The structures of products were improved based on the CWS forming experiments results. Thirteen kinds of PA were synthesized. The results of CWS forming experiments of six kinds of coal, such as Baori coal, Changcun coal and Tunliu clean coal etc, showed that the dosage of PA was less 40%~64%than naphthalene series additives at the constant CWS concentration saving 5~10 RMB/t. At the same dosage of additives, the coal concertration of CWS made from PA was higher 2%~5%than naphthalene series. Through the FT-IR analysis, it was speculated that the main chain of PA was a long hydrocarbon and side chains contained carboxyl groups, sulfonic groups, benzene rings and polyglycol esters. The molecular weight range was 30000~60000. The results of TG/DTA analysis indicated that PA could be stable below 380℃. PA series additives, which have flexible structure and more active adsorption sites, could improve hydrophilicity of coal obviously because of effective adsorption on the surface of coal particals. It is an excellent new series of coal water slurry additives.
