大口径活塞泵对典型黏稠物料吸入特性实验研究

【摘要】 高浓度黏稠工业固体废弃物(简称黏稠物料)管道输送技术是近几年发展起来的新技术,输送系统的核心设备为大口径活塞泵,活塞泵对黏稠物料的吸入容积效率直接影响系统的输送能力。一直以来,对大口径活塞泵吸入容积效率的研究较少,滞后于生产发展的需要。本文提出了大口径活塞泵吸入特性的概念,指大口径活塞泵对黏稠物料的吸入容积效率、及其影响因素和规律;确定了黏稠物料在搅拌均匀的状态下,产生流动的条件;推导了吸入容积效率表达公式,确定了对吸入容积效率产生影响的七种因素:结构特点、密封性能、环境气压、物料理化特性、技术参数、料缸长径比和可压缩性,分析了每个因素所产生作用的大小;自行研制了大口径活塞泵吸入特性测试装置,可实现在不同的浓度、初始抗剪切强度、塑性黏度、吸料速度和长径比等参数变动下进行测试的功能;测试了几种典型高浓度黏稠物料的吸入特性,验证了吸入特性公式的正确性,得到了大口径活塞泵对几种黏稠物料吸入特性技术参数,为高浓度黏稠物料管道输送系统选择合理的工艺参数提供了理论依据;总结出了吸入容积效率经验公式,以便于工程实际的应用。

【Abstract】 The pipeline transportation technology of high dense and viscous industrial solid waste (viscous solid waste for short) is a new technology developed in recent years. The core device of the transportation system is heavy caliber piston pump of which the suction volumetric efficiency for viscous materials has a direct impact on the conveying capacity of the system. All along, there are fewer researches on the suction volumetric efficiency of heavy caliber piston pump and they are behind the needs of production development. In this paper, it puts forward the concept of heavy caliber piston inhale character which refers to the suction volumetric efficiency of heavy caliber piston pump for viscous materials、the factors affect the suction volumetric efficiency and the rules and size; it ascertains the conditions of viscous solid waste generating flow at the mixing homogeneous state; it deduces the suction volumetric efficiency formula and makes sure the seven factors which effects the suction volumetric efficiency:design feature、airtight coating nature、atmospheric pressure in place、material rationalize character、technical parameter、slenderness ratio of material jar and coercibility, and also analyses the influence of action factors effecting the suction volumetric efficiency; it develops the testing device for heavy caliber piston pump inhale character by myself which can achieve the testing function under the changes of different consistency、initial shear strength、material rigidity、stuff-suction speed、slenderness ratio and other parameters; it tests the suction character of a few typical high dense materials, prove the correctness of inhale character formula, get the suction character technical parameters of heavy caliber piston pump for a few viscous materials and provide a theoretical basis for selecting reasonable processing parameters for the pipeline transportation system for high viscous and dense materials; it also summarizes the experiential suction volumetric efficiency formula so as to test suction volumetric efficiency of thick materials in practice.
