矿山环境治理技术与治理模式研究

【摘要】 借鉴前人研究成果,提出依据成因和依据对应的环境效应两种矿山环境问题分类方案,简略讨论了分类依据和分类特征。探讨了矿山环境效应等级概念并提出等级确定方法。从宏观管理角度具体分析了环境效应控制指标。分层次探讨了矿山环境治理技术的特点和适用性。根据治理技术的学科归属将其分为:传统工程治理技术、生物治理技术及生态恢复技术。将矿山环境视为复杂巨系统,提出了基于矿山开采层次的宏观治理模式-防控治理模式和后效治理模式。进一步提出了对应后效治理的具体治理模式,阐述了具体治理模式的理念、特点及适用性。对应矿山环境后效治理模式,设计并开发了矿山环境治理专家系统。探讨了该系统的主要功能:矿山环境效应的识别、治理模式的选择、治理方案优化设计。

【Abstract】 Based on the previous studies, this thesis proposed the classification program according to the causes and environmental effect, and made a brief discussion about reasons and characteristics of the classification. This paper discussed the concept of mine environmental rank and proposed the method to fix rank. From a macro-management point, this paper made a specific analysis to control indexes of the mine environmental effect. This thesis discussed the characteristics and applicability of treatment technology from different levels, and divided these technologies into:traditional engineering treat technology, biology treat technology and ecology recover technology. Looking mine environment as a complex system, this paper proposed the macro-treatment includes preventative treatment model and aftereffect treatment model. Then this thesis proposed the specific treatment model corresponds to aftereffect treatment, and illustrated its concept, characteristics and applicability. Corresponds to the aftereffect treatment model, this paper designed and developed the mine environment treatment expert system, and discussed this system’s functions include identification of mine environmental effects, the choice of treatment model and treatment’s optimize design.
