注惰对封闭火区气体运移规律的影响研究

【摘要】 煤矿井下发生火灾后,封闭火区并向火区充注惰性气体是比较常见的一种综合救灾方法,但在救灾实践中却诱发了爆炸。论文综合应用理论分析、数值模拟、实验测试、实例验证等手段,分析了封闭火区内可燃气体的来源、组分、气体层形成及运移规律,推导出气体层中可燃气体浓度计算公式;研究了注惰对封闭火区气体的抑爆作用,并分析了注惰对封闭火区内气体运移规律的影响,得出破坏气体层成层稳定性的临界风速公式,得出注惰对可燃气体的稀释作用、活塞推动作用规律,提出了注惰诱发可燃气体爆炸的条件;设计、实施了封闭巷道内进充注惰气全尺寸模拟实验,通过对实验结果的分析验证了理论分析的正确性;针对实验条件进行了数值模拟,模拟结果和理论分析、实验结果较为吻合;最后应用富华煤矿注惰救灾案例分析了注惰过程中可燃性气体浓度的变化过程,并对合理注惰量进行了求解。研究结果对于煤矿火灾救灾过程中防止次生灾害的发生具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 After fire breaks out in coal mine, it is common methods to seal fire zone and empty into fire zone with inert gas to prevent methane explosion. However, it may induce gas explosion. By employing the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, laboratory testing, examples verification and some other means, the dissertation analyzes the sources and components of the combustible gases in the sealed fire zone, the formation of the gas layer and the migration laws of gas, and deduce the formula for calculating the concentration of combustible gases; the role of inert gas jet on the explosion suppression and the influence of inert gas jet on gas migration laws are studied. The critical wind speed formula to destroy the stability of the gas layer, the influence of inert gas jet on combustible gases’ dilution effect and the piston driving effect, and the explosion condition of combustible gas induced by inert gas jet are determined; designed and carried out the simulation experiments of injection inert gas in the closed roadway. Through the analysis of experimental results, the correctness of theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation results is verified. Finally, a in-site of Fu-Hua mine is presented to analyze the concentration change process in the injection process of inert gas, and a reasonable amount of inert gas is calculated. The study results have great significance for preventing the occurrence of secondary disasters on the relief process of coal mine fire disaster.
