川渝地区输气管道管控一体化与数据集成应用研究

【摘要】 天然气是一种清洁、优质能源,本世纪在我国将得到大力的开发和利用。随着川渝地区天然气工业的快速发展,西南油气田天然气管网规模和天然气用户不断地扩大,供求矛盾突出,天然气生产满负荷,管网高压运行,迫切需要建立输气管道管控一体化系统对天然气产、运、销进行动态、科学、高效的管理和控制,实现天然气生产的自动化控制和管理,为管理部门提供实时生产数据,为决策提供科学依据。管控一体化是指管理与控制一体化,就是利用各种技术,把生产现场的各种数据通过信息网络系统进行系统集成、技术融合,为企业全面实现信息自动化管理奠定基础。输气管道管控一体化系统的目标是利用先进的计算机技术,实现管理系统与实时生产系统的数据共享,建立输气管网管控一体化数据集成平台。同时,通过对输气管网快速响应和优化控制,实现输气管网的安全平稳调度,增强生产运行的预警能力、快速反应能力和应急处理能力,缩短事件应对时间,提高管理水平和效益。本论文的主要研究内容是:1)建立川渝地区输气管道数据集成平台:将输气管网SCADA实时数据上传到数据中心实时数据库中,实时数据库提供实时数据的管理、存储、检索,通过实时数据库来分析生产情况、汇总和统计生产数据,作为指挥、决策的依据。将实时数据库和管理数据库进行集成和整合,建立实时数据与管理数据之间的关系,实现数据的安全共享和利用。2)实现川渝输气管网动态运营管理。主要包括建立管网运行监控管理系统、管网安全预警管理系统、营销计划管理系统及管道运行状态管理系统。3)实现川渝输气管网模拟优化运行和天然气调度应急决策支持。主要包括建立管网稳态模拟和动态模拟优化及天然气调度应急决策支持系统。

【Abstract】 Natural gas is a clean and high-quality energy. It will be developed and used widely in our country in this century. With the fast development of the natural gas industry in Sichuan-ChangQing region the enlargement and the natural gas pipe network scale in southwest oil and gas field and the expansion of natural gas users , the contradiction between supply and demand becomes obvious .The natural gas production is at full capacity and the pipe network is running at high pressure . There is an urgent need to establish a integrated management and control system efficient management and control of the production, transmission and sale of natural gas. Control and manage the production of natural gasautomaticlly to provide real-time production data for administrative authority and scientific basis for policy.Integrated management and control means that management and control is integrated. It means that by data network systems, the various data of production sites are integrated systematically and technically with various technologies. This lay the foundation for the enterprises to realize automatic data management widely. The goal of integrated management and control sysytem of gas transmission pipeline is that share the data of management system and real-time production system using advanced computer technology and establish integrated management and control data platform of gas transmission network. At the same time, realize the secure and steady schedule by the rapid reponse to the gas network and optimum control and enhance the capacity of early warning for production and running, rapid response and dealing with the emergency. Reduce incident response time and improve management standards and efficiency.The core of the research of integrated management and control sysytem is:1、Establish an integration of data platform: transport the real-time data from the SCADA to the real-time data base in the terminals of the data center where the management, storage and monitoring of the data are processed. Then make analysis, collection and statistics of the production record for the decision-making and management. By integrating both the real-time and management data base and establishing the ties between the real-time and management data to realize the utility and safe share of the data.2、Realize dynamic operation and management of pipe network. It includes: the management of pipe network operation monitoring, security early warning, scale plan and running state.3、Realize the pipe network simulation and optimization subsystem. It includes: steady-state piope network simulation, dynamic pipe network simulation and optimum pipe network running.
