【摘要】 本研究主要是探讨网络舆论场与社会引导之间的关系问题;在此基础上,进一步说明国家应该通过什么样的方式使主流的意识形态渗入到网络舆论场内,并且和场内的其他话语势力进行平等博弈,从而实现网络舆论场内的话语和谐,为“理想话语环境”的实现扫平道路。选择网络舆论场与社会的引导关系作为研究主题,有其一定的学术意义和现实意义。从学术意义上看,首先是把场的理论应用到网络舆论研究当中,从争夺与博弈的角度来看待与研究网络舆论现象。其次,探讨“理想话语环境”与网络社会的关系问题,通过对网络舆论场内的话语博弈分析,来认识“理想话语环境”在网络社会中究竟是现实态还是未来态。“网络舆论场”是网络社会独有的一个时空环境,是现实社会场的一个延伸部分,与现实社会场不同且与现实社会场相互作用。网络舆论场是现实社会场的一个释放场,也是现实社会场的一个监控场。与受控性较强的现实社会场不同,网络舆论场有自己的一套运作逻辑,是一个人人可入的场所,是一个方便快捷的场所,是一个畅所欲言的场所,是一个关系互动的场所,是一个话语争夺的场所,也是一个权力争斗的场所。网络舆论场内存在着各种话语争夺势力,他们之间并非自由博弈,平等交流。网络舆论主体的草根特性,使得平民话语权得以张扬,权威评价机构的话语权势力逐渐衰微。网络舆论主体并非协调一致、共享网权,年龄、学历、地域背景不同,话语分量自然会有轻重之分;观点的交锋,意见的碰撞,再加上互动的持续,亦会使网络舆论主体产生分化。网络舆论主体之间仍存在群体极化现象和网络舆论暴力现象。网络舆论客体应具海性特征(即无所不包性),然“准选择性”(选择受限)依旧存在。网络舆论阵地的耀眼之星非博客莫属,然实力派代表仍归BBS论坛,新闻跟帖在二线游荡,电子邮件和ICQ/QQ时而会崭露锋芒,表明其不可小觑。网络民众的舆论评价,并非原汁原味,经过网络意见领袖、守门人以及权威评价机构的层层过滤以后,才得彰显,此时的舆论评价话语已是博弈的产品了。分析网络舆论场内话语权的争夺性斗争,可以理解民众评价的现实地位。民众的评价话语和权威机构的评价话语,时时处在博弈当中。民众的评价话语和权威机构的评价话语应该保持一个和谐、健康的博弈关系,通过平等对话与交流来促进理想话语环境的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 This Paper is mainly to discuss the relation of the network public opinion field and the Social guidance,Based on this,to go a step further to explain country should use What way to cause the mainstream ideology permeate in the network public opinion field,And country should how to gambe equally with other words influence in the field,Thus the harmonious words can be achieved in the network public opinion field,the path For“ideal words environment”will be put down。Its is certain academic significance and practical significance to select the research subject about the the relations of network public opinion field and Social guidance。Looked from the academic significance,First,the field theory is applied to the research about the network public opinion。Network public opinion phenomenon is treated From the angle of the competes and the gambling。Next,Through the discussion about the relations of the“ideal words environment”and network society ,and through the analysis about words gambling in the network public opinion field, we will knew whether“the ideal words environment”in the network society is the reality condition or the future condition。“The network public opinion field”, is a sole time and space environment in the network society ,is a extend of the realistic social environment。It is different from the realistic social environment and interacts with the realistic social environment。The network public opinion field is a release field of the realistic social environment, and also a controll field of the realistic social environment。Different from the realistic social environment controlled Intensely , the network public opinion field has it’s own operation logic。The network public opinion field is a place where person may enter , a convenience place, a place where every one can speak freely, a relational interaction place, a place where words compete, and also a place where authority battle。There have many words influences in the network public opinion field。Each kind of the words compete for the influence。Free gambling and equal exchange don’t exist between them by no means。The words power of the common people can be made known widely because of the grass roots characteristic of the network public opinion subject。However, the words power and influence of the authority is on the decline。The subjects of the network public opinion by no means coordinate with and share the net power。The words influence produce the dividing line as a result of the different age , the school record, and the region background。The viewpoint confrontation, the opinion collision, in addition the continuing interaction, cause the subjects of the network public opinion to have the differentiation。Here still exists Community polarization Phenomenon and network public opinion violence phenomenon between the subjecs of the network public opinion。The objects of the network public opinion should have the sea characteristic (all-embracing), however“the semi-selectivity”(limited choice) Still exists. The dazzling star of the network public opinion field belongs to the Blog,however the real power faction still belongs to the BBS forum, the News placard tours in two line,the Email and ICQ/QQ also Show the strength from time to time to indicate that it can’t be neglected。The network populace’s public opinion appraisal will forms finally after layer upon layer filters of the network opinion leaders,the porters ,and the authority appraises organization。By now,the public opinion appraisal words are the product of the gambling already。Through the analysis of the struggle of the words power, we may understand the realistic status of the populace appraise。Populace appraise words and the authoritative organization’s appraisal words keep on gambling at times。The populace appraise words and the authoritative organization’s appraisal words should keep a harmonious and Health gambling relations to urge the ideal words environment come true。更多还原
