中国健康体适能产业发展战略研究

【摘要】 生活方式干预无疑是维护健康、控制慢性非传染性疾病与亚健康最有效的手段,但传统的生活方式干预途径当前面临着诸多的问题,而且也没有取得理想的效果。本文作者认为通过健身俱乐部这一企业形式可以更有效的实施生活方式干预。我国健康体适能产业起步较晚,但是发展很快。改革开放以来,随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,慢性非传染性疾病发病率的增加,使人们对自身健康的追求愿望越来越强烈。越来越多的人重视起健身对健康的促进作用,再加之健身对形体塑造特有的效果,越来越多的人想到了去健身俱乐部健身。在此环境下,我国的健康体适能产业迅猛发展,大大小小的健身机构雨后春笋般林立。在健身俱乐部发展的风气之先,立足于全行业层面的高端设计,是这一行业战略发展的需要,决策层只有在快速发展中制定出适合的战略,才能在激烈的竞争中保持优势地位,进而使健康体适能产业在快速崛起的浪潮中稳固前行,健康发展。本论文以健康作为健康体适能产业发展战略制定的基点,以实施生活方式干预作为发展战略制定的核心理念并结合对行业环境的SWOT分析,提出了健康体适能产业发展的一系列战略。本论文主要包含以下几部分内容:第1章:是本论文的绪论部分,主要对论文的研究背景与依据、目的与意义、研究方法进行了介绍。重点介绍了体适能理论,分析了体适能理论的不足,并在此基础上提出了“健康适能”理论。在此部分内容中作者重新定义了商业健身俱乐部的概念,强化了促进健康的功能。并对商业健身俱乐部的服务内容、经营模式与经营目标进行了介绍。第2章:在本部分内容中,作者回顾了健康的定义,并指出慢性非传染性疾病及亚健康是当前影响我国居民健康的主要问题,而改变生活方式是控制此类问题的重要手段。作者除了介绍了现代医学所倡导的健康生活方式外,还指出中医的“治未病”同样重视健康生活方式。二者如能在生活方式干预的实践中结合运用,将能发挥更好的效果。在本章的最后,作者总结了当前生活方式干预的两条主要途径,并对两条途径存在的问题进行了分析。在此基础上对生活方式干预的其它途径进行了探索,尤其提出以健身俱乐部为载体实施生活方式干预的想法。第3章:是本论文的主体,在作者提出的以健身俱乐部为载体实施生活方式干预的这一核心理念的基础上结合对行业环境的SWOT分析。提出了当前国内健康体适能产业的一系列发展战略。这些战略包括:“社会营销”战略、技术战略、以生活方式干预为纽带的联盟战略、客户开发战略、概念营销战略。最后,作者指出转变观念及培养生活生活方式干预人才是保障本论文提出的发展战略的必要条件。

【Abstract】 Lifestyle intervention is the most effective means of health maintenance, control of noninfectious chronic disease and subhealth, but in the traditional way of lifestyle intervention faces many of the problems, and did not get the desired results. The author believes that lifestyle intervention may be achieve good results in the health & fitness club.Chinese health & fitness industry develops rapidly. People pay much attention to heath since reform and opening ,because of development of economic and people’s living standards. In addition, the incidence of chronic noninfectious chronic disease alarms people either.Realized the importance of fitness in health promotion, more and more people became the customs of the health & fitness. Under such circumstances, health & fitness industry develops rapidly, there are many health & fitness club in China now.With the development of Chinese health & fitness, it is important to develop an appropriate development strategies.In this paper, the author put forward a series of development strategy of health & fitness industry from a health and lifestyle intervention point and with SWOT analysis of the environment.The paper contains part of the contents of the following:Chapter 1: In this part, the author introduce the background and methods to the study. In addition, the study’s purpose and significance are introduced either. Focuses on the theory of physical fitness, the author analyze the inadequacy of this theory and put forward the concept of "health fitness". In this part of the contents , the author redefines the concept of "commercial health & fitness club", the functions of health promotion has strengthened. In the end , services, models and operational objectives of the health & fitness club are introduced.Chapter 2: In this part, the authors reviewed the definition of health and pointed out that chronic non-communicable diseases and the impact of sub-health are major problems of residents. Lifestyle changes is an important means to control such problems. In addition to introduced a healthy lifestyle of modern medicine advocated, the author introduced the theory of " preventive treatment of disease". The author point out that theory of " preventive treatment of disease" concern the healthy lifestyles either. If the two means of lifestyle intervention can both use in practice, it will play an important role.Finally in this chapter, the author sums up the current means of lifestyles intervention and analyze their problems. Other means of lifestyle intervention are searched. In particular, the author suggest that can intervene customers lifestyle at health & fitness club.Chapter 3: This chapter is most important part. The paper bases the SWOT analysis of health & fitness industry, contacts the theory of lifestyle intervention ,proposes the development strategies. These strategies include: "social marketing" strategy, technology strategy, lifestyle intervention as a link to the alliance strategy, customer development strategy, concept marketing strategy.Finally, the author pointed out that it is necessary to change the understanding of heath & fitness club in order to practice the strategies. The author also pointed out that it is necessary to cultivate more talents of lifestyle intervention.
