【摘要】 随着以信息技术为主导的现代科技迅猛发展和社会经济的不断进步,鲜活农产品的消费需求发生了根本性变化,鲜活农产品传统流通模式不能适应市场的变化和发展,已成为制约农业经济发展的瓶颈问题之一。鲜活农产品供应链管理流通模式的发展为解决这一现实难题提供了新的解决方案。论文在吸收微观经济学、管理学、计量经济学和国内外关于数据包络分析研究成果的基础上,针对鲜活农产品流通模式的流通特性,分析了鲜活农产品传统流通模式向着供应链管理模式演进进程中的障碍及相应策略,并借助综合数据包络分析模型,定量分析了两种流通模式的流通效率,最后在供应链管理流通模式的平台之上,引入绿色供应链管理理论,提出了创新的鲜活农产品流通模式。论文以此为背景,主要完成了以下的研究工作:1.通过对鲜活农产品流通特性及其发展现状分析,认为鲜活农产品传统流通模式向着供应链管理流通模式的方向演进是鲜活农产品流通模式发展的必然趋势。2.基于博弈理论,分析了鲜活农产品流通模式演进进程中的障碍机理,提出了相应的三种政府解决策略:直接管制、社会准则和政府补贴;并借助产品差异化模型和离散动力系统模型,定量计算出了政府单位价格补贴阀值。3.通过对鲜活农产品流通模式成员协调机制的研究,提出了交货提前期、交货可靠度、产品价格、鲜活农产品的质量、鲜活农产品安全和供应商物流水平6个因素是鲜活农产品供应商评价指标的关键因素,并基于熵权-TOPSIS模型原理,建立了供应商评价模型。4.构建了“消耗-输出型”鲜活农产品流通模式效率评价体系和综合“DEA-偏好锥”模型,结合对无锡市鲜活农产品大型流通企业实地调研结果,对鲜活农产品供应链管理模式和传统流通模式进行了效率评价。实证结果表明:鲜活农产品供应链管理流通模式在整体有效性、技术有效性和规模有效性三个方面优于传统流通模式。5.基于绿色供应链管理理论,提出了创新的鲜活农产品流通模式,设计了鲜活农产品绿色供应链流通模式的运作流程图。并根据SWOT分析矩阵表,给出了不同环境组合情况下鲜活农产品绿色供应链流通模式成员企业所应采取的不同战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modem science leading by information technology and incessant progress of social economy, the consumption demand of fresh agriculture product has been changed drastically. Due to not be able to adapt to the transformation of consumption market, fresh agricultural product traditional circulation pattern has been one of the bottlenecks of the agricultural economy. The development of fresh agricultural product supply chain management mode provides the new solution. This dissertation, on the basis of the summarization of front theoretic about microeconomics, management science, econometrics (such as data envelopment analysis), after were viewed the circulation properties of fresh agricultural products circulation mode, analyses the obstacle and correspond countermeasures of evolvement process on supply chain management circulation pattern taking the place of traditional circulation pattern; and then quantificationally studies circulation efficiency of two kinds of circulation mode by dint of data envelopment analysis model; finally present an innovative circulation mode of fresh agricultural products on the basis of supply chain management theory by introducing green supply chain management theory.The main conclusions that reached in this dissertation listed as following:1. This dissertation thinks that it would be an inevitable trend that supply chain management circulation pattern take the place of traditional circulation pattern by analyzing circulation properties and present situation of fresh agricultural products circulation pattern.2. This dissertation, on the basis of game theory, studies obstacle mechanism of evolvement process of fresh agricultural products circulation mode, presents three kinds of government countermeasures: government regulating, society rule and government allowance mechanism; and finally quantificationally figures out unit price allowance minimum by use of product difference model and disperse dynamics system model.3. By studying coordination mechanism of fresh agricultural product circulation pattern, this dissertation thinks that ahead of delivery time, credibility of delivery, product price, product quality, product safety and suppliers’logistics level are the key factors of fresh agricultural product suppliers estimate index; and establishes supplier estimate model on the basis of entropy-TOPSIS theory.4. This dissertation builds“input-output”efficiency estimate system of fresh agricultural product circulation pattern and synthetical“DEA-bias prick”model, and then evaluates circulation efficiency of supply chain management circulation mode and traditional circulation mode combining survey and research data of fresh agricultural products circulation enterprises of wuxi city. The demonstration analysis expresses that supply chain management circulation pattern surpass traditional circulation pattern of fresh agricultural product in the whole efficiency, technology efficiency and scale efficiency.5. This dissertation brings forward innovative circulation pattern of fresh agricultural product on the basis of green supply chain management theory, and designs operation flow chart of green supply chain circulation pattern of fresh agricultural product. We bring up different stratagem which the member enterprises of green supply chain circulation pattern of fresh agricultural product adopt in the different condition combination according as SWOT analysis matrix.更多还原
