软皮片治疗系统性硬皮病的疗效及对血液流变性、Cor、CEC、ET-1、MMP-1、TIMP-1的影响

【摘要】 目的:本文旨在通过文献研究为“以皮治皮法”提供理论支持,并观察软皮片治疗系统性硬皮病的临床疗效及对血液流变性、血浆皮质醇(Cor)、外周血循环内皮细胞(CEC)、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血清基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、血清基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的影响。方法:本文将61例系统性硬皮病患者随机分为治疗组(软皮片)与对照组(积雪甙片),进行临床疗效及血液流变学指标、血浆Cor、外周血CEC、血浆ET-1、血清MMP-1、血清TIMP-1的观察。结果:1.软皮片治疗系统性硬皮病的总有效率为96.77%,优于积雪甙片(P<0.05);2.软皮片能减少皮肤硬度积分,增加唇距;3.软皮片能明显改善系统性硬皮病患者的血液流变性、提高血浆Cor和血清MMP-1水平,降低CEC数量,下调血浆ET-1和血清TIMP-1水平。结论:软皮片是治疗系统性硬皮病的有效药物,其作用机理可能与改善微循环,调节内分泌-免疫网络系统功能,保护血管内皮细胞,抑制纤维化有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To afford theoretical foundation for YiPiZhiPi Therapy by lots of documentary research, and to explore the effects of RuanPi Tablet for Systemic Sclerosis and the influence of RuanPi Tablet on the indices of hemorheology, the number of circulating endothelial cell(CEC), the plasma levels of cortisol(Cor) and endothelin-1(ET-1), the serum levels of Matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1) and Tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1).Methods:61 patients with Systemic Sclerosis were divided randomly into the test group treated with RuanPi Tablet and the control group with Tabellae Centellae Triterpeni. fhe therapeutic effects were evaluated, the indices of hemorheology, the number of CEC, the plasma levels of Cor and ET-1 and the serum levels of MMP-1 and TMP-1 were measured.Results:1 The total effective rate of RuanPi Tablet was 96.77%, which was remarkable than that of Tabellae Centellae Triterpeni (P<0.05).2 RuanPi Tablet could reduce skin sclerosis scores and improve maximal oral opening.3 RuanPi Tablet could significantly improve the indices of hemorheology, increase the plasma Cor level and the serum MMP-1 level, decrease the number of CEC, the plasma ET-1 level and the serum TMP-1 level.Conclusions:RuanPi Tablet is effective for Systemic Sclerosis and its mechanism may be related to improvement of microcirculation, regulation of endocrine-immune function, protection of vascular endothelials and restriction of fibrosis.
