【摘要】 广义投资相对论研究的是总体物质代谢运动包括生命物质尤其是智慧生命参与下的物质运动,以及其具备生命气质特点的企业和国家等社会物质运动的规律。自然科学和社会科学都各自地对自己的领域的物质运动做出探索和研究。社会科学在以往的研究中,重视人和社会抽象的而不是物质的属性及其运动规律的研究;自然科学的研究包括前沿的物理学研究是总的一般的物质运动,没有统筹地对生命物质尤其是智慧生命物质参与下的物质运动规律的特定时空维度加以研究,他们最多在分子生物学的领域研究或个别生命及其种、群科学领域,没有到达具备生命气质特征的企业,组织和国家等社会物质运动的研究领域。这是一个前沿自然科学基础理论研究成果期待延伸和交叉社会科学的空白领域。广义投资相对论从微观世界到宏观宇宙连续的时空维度中研究物质代谢的一般规律,以更广泛的时空维度的规律来揭示一定维度内的物质运动特殊规律。这个维度内我们跨越了通常人们回避或空白的自然科学世界物质运动规律研究和社会经济科学规律研究的连接点----共同的物质属性和物质代谢运动。全新地,统一地,连续地在一个时空维度里研究生命物质和非生命物质共同参与下的运动规律。我们的最后着眼点仍然是介于生命物质和非生命物质之间在社会物质的属性和代谢规律。当我们设定智慧生命仅仅是人的时候,就实际上达到了从一定的高度来现实地研究地球上运行的很多企业和国家的行为和代谢规律——直接投资。广义投资的绝对运动原理、相对性原理、时空不对称原理、分形结构原理、系统运行遵循能量成本最低原理、来源于自然科学的研究成果。该理论突破了不同时空和物质之间的界限,找到了社会物质和其他物质共同的属性和代谢规律。企业和国家两个具备生命物质气质形态的社会物质的分形结构特性的发现,生命物质和非生命物质的划分、能量价值尺度、时空物质的投射观念以及资本相对性的理念的引进,给我们带来许多现实理念和现象的解释。突破了人们很多陈旧的观念。为何企业不能停止经营和经营创新?为何产出必须要投入?为何大的收益必须冒大的风险?为何没有完全相同的企业文化?为何企业经营创新没有一个通用的方法?现代企业营销方案没有两个完全一样的成功案例?为何企业文化的核心是建立以人为本的团队的建设?为何中华商业文明曾是世界上最伟大的文明。为何世界文明的发展中心转移到了西方国家?为何企业会以法人的名义出现?产品和市场为何有成长和发展的规律?我们似乎知道这些现象但不知道原因。广义投资相对论告诉你这个原因。更进一步我们从这个理论角度知道,为何国家会出现王朝的更替和社会的进步,产权制度是不是阶级和秩序的唯一原因,国家的政治制度是不是由产权制度决定的,中国国有企业产权制度的改革应向哪里更向前迈一步。广义投资相对论以普通的物质代谢运动规律的角度解释、揭示人类社会这个独特的时空维度里的社会物质运动的现象。而以往我们只是顶多发现了这些现象,归纳出了这些现象。在以往有些解释,甚至得出错误的结论并长期影响着我们的思想,影响着我们的社会实践,和国家的方针。广义投资相对论为这个时代的社会科学理论研究提出了新的方向。为这个时代的社会实践的尖锐的理论问题的解决提出了清晰的方向和见解。它对社会主义国家的改革有极其重要的价值。在科学研究上是自然科学和社会科学的前沿的交叉。是进步的自然科学基础理论研究成果和物质运动基本世界观在社会经济科学领域的折射。广义投资相对论的出现本身是社会科学历史的必然,不同也许仅仅是理论的名字。更多还原

【Abstract】 Broad sense investment relativity research about general matter metabolizing including life-form matter especially including sapiential life-form matter and their enterprise and country organizations which bring temperament from life-form matters’general metabolizing rules.Natural science and social science have already in different ways do their research and explore work.In passed days social science research base pure human and social moving rule,not about their matters’attribute and metabolizing research;and the same time,natural science fully care of general matters’moving rule .natural science do not research across all about life-form matters’fields metabolizing rule,especially do not including sapiential life-form matter and social matter such as enterprise,organizations and countries etc. which bring life-form temperament, in fact these join metabolizing at all .It’s research only in numerator level biology or individual, category ,colony research work.
