齐家油田扶余油层成藏主控因素及有效开发配套技术研究

A Study on the Main Control Factors of Reservoir Forming and Assorted Techniques of Effective Deceloping for FuYu Oil Layer in QiJia Oil Field

【摘要】 本文利用新采集的三维地震及完钻井、测井、试油和开发动态资料,综合开展松辽盆地北部中央坳陷区齐家-古龙凹陷齐家油田扶余油层石油地质特征研究,分析了该油田扶余油层成藏主控因素和石油富集条件,在此基础上研究完善了一套边际油田有效开发及配套技术。应用高分辨率层序地层学原理,研究了齐家油田泉四段和泉三段上部层序地层划分并建立层序地层格架,提出了扶余油层五级层序(开发小层)划分对比方案,对比认为:齐家油田位于盆地二级挠曲坡折带,扶余油层存在局部超覆现象;应用等时沉积微相分析技术,深化了扶余油层沉积特征和成岩作用地质认识,该区主要受北部沉积体系和西部齐齐哈尔沉积体系控制,为河流-浅水三角洲相沉积,主要储层是分流河道;应用岩石物理相分析技术,研究了扶余油层储层次生孔隙发育特征,次生孔隙形成主要受沉积微相、成岩作用、沉积阶段即不同岩石物理相控制;以成藏动力学理论为指导,应用成藏年代学和流体包裹体测试技术研究扶余油层油气注入期次和成藏时间,总结了大庆长垣以西地区扶余油层油气成藏条件,提出了“相-相”主控成藏模式。在构造、层序地层、沉积微相、储层成岩作用及与油气成藏的相互关系研究基础上,提出了一套利用高分辨层序地层、岩石物理相控下地震预测薄互层零散型河道砂体“甜点”筛选含油有利区方法。针对齐家油田扶余油层储层超低渗透和砂体互层、零散分布的特点,本文还研究了超低渗透储层井网及整体压裂匹配的优化设计方法,开展低伤害压裂液体系优化和清水压裂液试验取得好效果,研制出满足边际油田开发需要、低能耗、低成本、环保型往复式潜油泵和“丛、树、简、优”地面工程简化工艺技术,初步形成了齐家油田超低渗透扶余油层经济有效开发配套技术,对大庆长垣西部地区超低渗透油藏增储上产具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 This paper use amount of the well logging, 3-D seismic, testing for oil and dynamic developing materials of the exploration wells, evaluation wells and develop control wells which were finished drilling recently, proceed a research of oil geology characters of the FuYu oil layer in QiJia oil field in QiJia-GuLong Sag, which is located in the center downwarping region of the north SongLiao Basin, analyse the main reservoir control factors and the oil concentration conditions, then study and improve the valid developing necessary technology for marginal reservoirs.Study the sequence strata division and setup the sequence strata framework by using the theory of high resolution sequence stratigraphy, bring the sublayer (5-class sequence) divide correlation arrangement of FuYu oil layer, found the phenomenon of local overlapping in the second twist break band of FuYu oil layer in QiJia oil field. By using equitime sediment microfaces analysis technique, deepen the recognitions of sediment chatacters and diagenesis of the study area. The sedimentary environment of this area is the shallow water river-delta deposit which is controlled by both the north and the west QiQiHaEr sedimentary system and the distributary channels are developed. Study the growth chatacters of the reservoir secondary pores of FuYu oil layer by using the technique of lithophase analysis and confirm the main control factors for the formation of secondary pores are sediment microfaces, diagenesis and deposit phases that is the different lithophase. Directed by the theary of pool-forming dynamics, conclude the main control factors and reservoir mode of the FuYu oil layer in the west of DaQing Placanticline through study the hydrocarbon implantation stages and reservoir forming time of FuYu oil layer by using the technique of reservoir forming chronology and fluid inclusion checking. On the base of studies of the structure, sequence strata, sedimentary microfacies, container rock diagenesis, hydrocarbon reservoir forming and the relationship of them, bring a suite method to select the oiliness range of profitability by predict the“sweets”of seismic datum reflected from the thin and narrow river channel sand bodies which controlled by the lithophase and directed by the theary of high resolution sequence strata.In view of reservoir characters of extremely low permeability, sand body alternation and fragmented distribution of FuYu oil layer in QiJia oil field, this paper also studied the well network of extremely low permeability container rock and the optimize design proposal for the large scale fracturing, purchase satisfactory effectiveness in the system optimization of the low-damage fracture fluid and the test of clear water fracture fluid. Developed a reciprocating submersible pump with characters of low energy consumption, low cost price and amplectant which can meet the developing request of the marginal oil field and the simplified technology for surface projects with characters of“clump-style, tree-style, simple, excellent”. Buildup an assorted technique of economic and effective developing preliminary for FuYu oil layer which has an extremely low permeability in QiJia oil field, and this has a strategic significance for increaseing the reserve and production in the extremely low permeability reservoirs in the west DaQing Placanticline.
