创新型大学与创新型国家

【摘要】 随着党的十七大的召开,建设创新型国家成为了我国发展的主题之一,而建设创新型大学则成为建设创新型国家的实践中的重要组成部分。论文基于建设创新型国家的背景,在辩证论述创新型国家和创新型大学两者关系的基础上,就建设创新型大学的若干问题的进行了重点研究。论文依照人类认识事物的一般逻辑展开,主要分为以下六块内容:论文首先是关于创新型大学与创新型国家的概述,在深刻认识两者的基础上对两者关系进行辩证分析。第二,基于历史和人性的角度,论文对东西方创新型大学的兴起与发展做了比较研究并从人性和文化的视角分析了创新型大学的人性基础和文化内涵。第三,在认识事物的基础上,论文对建设创新型大学的重要战略意义进行相关阐述。第四,在全面了解创新型大学的基础上,论文从创新教育、创业教育、管理创新和科技创新四方面就如何建设创新型大学的相关问题进行重点论述。第五,大学软实力的建设作为高校建设中普遍存在的问题提出,在全面认识大学软实力的基础上论文提出了在建设创新型大学过程中如何更好的实施软实力建设的相关对策与建议。最后,在理论研究的基础上,论文以中南大学为例进行相应的实证研究,旨在进一步完善关于创新型大学的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Constructing an innovation country has become one of the most important things in modern China duing to the development of ecomomy,in which building an innovation university is of significant importance. With the background of an innovation country,this paper focuses on the point that how to build an innovation university on the base of analysis of relationship between the innovation country and the innovation university.According to the logic of knowing things,this paper covers six points.Firstly,a summarize of innovation country and innovation university is necessary focusing on the relationship between them.Then,a discussion about the development of innovation university and the culture backing it is on the process,from the prospective of history and human being.Thirdly,it is about the significant important strategic meaning of building innovation university. Following with this,the paper do has a research about how to build an innovation university from innovation education,interpreneur education,management innovation and technology innovation.Fifthly,the paper submits some suggestions on the constrution of soft strengh in university as an problem in dire need of solving. Lastly,a demonstration research of Central South University is add to better the research of innovation university.更多还原
