【摘要】 黄疸病,是中医临床常见的一个独立病症。中医对黄疸的认识和治疗有着悠久的历史,具有丰厚的积淀,从《黄帝内经》最早提出黄疸病以后,历代医家对黄疸病的病因病机、证治方药的认识不断深化,积累了丰富经验。本研究选取黄疸这一临床常见病,以回顾性文献研究的方法,重点研究历代医家黄疸病的证治思维,并在此基础上构建了一个“五脏黄疸证治理论体系”,以期为中医临床诊治黄疸病提供新的理论依据。全文共分为三部分：第一部分,全面整理历代黄疸的文献,选取论述“黄疸”为主病(症)的经文进行分析,从定义、病因病机、病位、证治规律等方面总结黄疸病的特点与思维。第二部分,以文献对黄疸病研究为基础,以藏象理论为指导原则,结合古代及现代医家治疗黄疸病的经验,构建了“五脏病发黄”证治理论体系,全面论述了五脏发黄的病理生理基础、病机、证候特点,并提出了相应的治则治法和临床常用方药。第三部分,对历代医家治疗黄疸病用药和针灸用穴特点进行归经统计,并以表格为依托,全面深入分析黄疸的形成与五脏之间的关系。结论：历代医家对黄疸病的病因病机、证治原则论述丰富,主要采用五疸分证法及阴阳分证法,其优点在于简单明了、提纲挈领。随着医学的发展,此种辨证方法的局限性开始显露,已不能满足临床的需要。故本文在发掘整理历代医家对黄疸病的证治研究基础上,以藏象理论为指导,构建了“五脏病发黄证治理论体系”框架。这一理论体系,不仅能丰富有关黄疸病证治的文献研究,而且对当前黄疸病的临床治疗有一定的积极的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jaundice disease is a common and independent illness in clinic field of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The jaundice-realization and jaundice-treatment are especially rich in the long history of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Iatric experts through the ages have been deepening their understanding about the etiology, pathogenesis, and treatment prescription of Jaundice disease, since its first mention in Huangdi’s Tnternal Classics, and they have accumulated considerable experience. Jaundice disease is just the subject investigated in this research, which has been done through the methodology of literature-reviewing. And this research focuses on the study of the iatric experts syndrome and therapeutic thought, on the basis of which the author has constructed a "a theory system about syndrome and therapeutic of five viscera Jaundice ". It aims to provide a new theory for the clinical treatment of Jaundice disease.The body of this dissertation is consists of three parts:The first part is mainly about a literature review of the study of Jaundice disease. Through the scriptures in which Jaundice disease has been investigated, the author summarizes the characteristics and thinking of Jaundice disease from the aspects of its definition, etiology, pathogenesis, disease location, the law of treatment, and so on.In the second part, applying the Zangxiang theory as a guiding principle and combining the rich experiences of both ancient and modern iatric experts, the author constructs a treatment theory of "five viscera Jaundice" on the basis of the literature review of Jaundice disease. The author gives a comprehensive exposition about the pathological and physiological basis, pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics of five viscera Jaundice, and provides corresponding therapeutical principes and therapeutica method and clinical prescription.By summarizing the characteristics of the prescription and acupuncture point of Jaundice disease, and using tables and graphs as illustrations, the author fully analyzes the relationship between the jaundice-producing and five viscera in the third part.Conclusion:Iatric experts have done comprehensive and deep researches on the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment principles of Jaundice disease. The methodologies they mainly used are dipartite syndrome on five Jaundice disease or yinyang, which have the advantages of being concise and concentrated. But along with the development of Medicine, the limitations of such methodologies begin to be exposed, and they can not meet the clinical needs anymore. On the basis of iatric experts’studies on syndrome-treatment of Jaundice disease, and with the guiding principle of Zangxiang theory, the author constructs a framework of "a theory system about syndrome and therapeutic of five viscera Jaundice" in this dissertation. This theory can enrich the literature research of syndrome treatment of Jaundice disease, and it has also a guiding significance to the clinical treatment of Jaundice disease.更多还原
