企业研发联盟技术学习的理论与实证研究

【摘要】 推进研发联盟,促进企业技术学习和进步,是世界各国推动科技进步和经济发展的普遍经验。随着中国经济发展与科技进步,研发联盟这种在发达国家行之有效的技术创新模式也逐渐在中国发展起来。在中国以企业为主体的技术创新体系建设中,对企业研发联盟技术学习的研究具有重要的理论与实证意义。全文共分八章,具体如下:第一章为导论。介绍研究背景、明确研究问题、阐释研究意义、概括研究现状,在此基础上拟定全文分析框架、研究思路与方法。第二章综合运用战略联盟理论、组织学习理论、知识管理理论、资源基础理论、交易成本理论、社会资本理论、博弈理论等知识对企业研发联盟技术学习的原理展开探讨,为全文研究提供理论依据。第三章是企业研发联盟技术学习的机理研究。阐明企业研发联盟技术学习的内涵、特征、原则,分析企业研发联盟技术学习的对象、内容、层次,探讨企业研发联盟技术学习的动力机制、影响机制、制约机制、运行机制和管理机制。第四章是企业研发联盟技术学习的竞合博弈分析。从交易成本、资源基础、博弈理论的视角阐述企业研发联盟技术学习中的竞合效应,分析联盟伙伴竞合关系的类型和决定因素,以双边联盟为例建立技术共享与技术保护的博弈模型来分析不同信任程度下的策略选择,并分析技术合作与学习的联盟整体效应。第五章是企业研发联盟技术学习的模式分析。提出基于研发平台、基于研发项目和基于人才培养的三种企业研发联盟技术学习模式,分析不同模式下的具体操作方式,并配以相应的案例分析。第六章提出并探讨企业研发联盟技术学习的M-SECI模型。在野中郁次郎知识转移SECI模型的基础上,提出企业研发联盟跨组织技术学习的M-SECI模型。对M-SECI模型的四要素知识共享、知识交流、知识创造、知识集成与创新进行解析;建立M-SECI粗集过程模型,并作实例分析。第七章是中国企业研发联盟技术学习的实证分析。全面搜集中国企业研发联盟技术学习的数据,进行宏观归纳分析和统计分析;构建中国企业研发联盟技术学习案例库,展开群体案例分析和典型案例分析;通过问卷调查和实地访谈展开多元统计分析,挖掘企业研发联盟技术学习各影响要素间的相互关联。第八章为全文总结与研究展望。总结全文研究的主要成果、归纳全文创新点、并指出研究存在的不足及下一步研究建议。

【Abstract】 Promoting enterprises’ technological learning by way of R&D alliances, is the universal experience of various developed countries in propelling technology progress and economy development. Along with China’s development and technology advancement, R&D alliance, which is the effective mode of technological innovation in developed countries, gradually becomes prevalent in China. In the construction of Chinese enterprise-oriented technological innovation system, strengthening the research into enterprises* technological learning by way of R&D alliances has great theoretical and empirical significance. The thesis divides into eight chapters, and the content of each chapter is shown as follows.The first chapter is introduction, which presents the research background, brings forward the research questions, explaines the research significance, and summarizes the current research situation. Based on the above, the author draws up analytical framework, research ideas and approaches of the full text.The second chapter probes into the fundamentals of technological learning in R&D alliances, comprehensively utilize the theory of strategic alliance, organizational learning, knowledge management, resource reliance, transaction cost, social capital, and game theory. This chapter provides the theoretical basis for the whole research.The third chapter researches into the mechanisms of enterprises’ technological learning in R&D alliances. The connotation, the characteristics, and the principles of technological learning in R&D alliances are expounded. The objects, the content, and the level of technological learning in R&D alliances are analyzed. The motivation mechanism, influence mechanism, barrier mechanism, operational mechanism and management mechanism of technological learning in R&D alliances are discussed.The fourth chapter expatiates the co-opetitive effect of technological learning in R&D alliances, from the angle of transaction cost theory, resource-based theory, and game theory. The author analyzes the types and determining factors of the co-opetitive relationship. And taking bilateral alliance as an example, the author builds a co-opetitive game model of technology sharing and technology protection, to analyze the strategy choice under different trust level, and then analyzes the overall effect to the alliance as a whole.The fifth chapter analyzes the modes of technological learning in R&D alliances. The author proposes three modes respectively based on R&D platform, R&D project, and R&D personnel, analyzes the concrete operating ways of each mode, and gives corresponding case analysis.The sixth chapter proposes a M-SECI model of technological learning in R&D alliances, with the illumination of Nonaka’s SECI model. The M-SECI model explains the knowledge sharing, knowledge exchange, knowledge creation, and knowledge innovation in cross-organizational learning. The author illustrates those four elements, and discusses the linkage between them. Finally, a rough set process model is constructed to describe the M-SECI model, and corresponding example is given.The seventh chapter is the demonstration of technological learning in Chinese R&D alliances. The author comprehensively collects various cases of technological learning in Chinese R&D alliances, and constitutes a databank of the cases. Macroscopic induction analysis and statistical analysis are carried on; collective and representative case analysis are launched; questionnaire surveys and spot interviews are used for multi-dimensional statistical analysis and factor interdependence analysis.The eighth chapter is the summary and the expectation for further research.
