基于网络组织的企业间关系流程管理研究

【摘要】 随着经济全球化的不断深入,以消费者需求个性化、多样化和产品生命周期缩短等为特征的市场环境使得企业在面对极度变化市场的同时还要面临日益激烈的企业间的竞争。供应链的研究表明,21世纪企业间的竞争不再是企业单体间的竞争,而是企业所处的供应链网络之间的竞争,同处在一条供应链上的厂家和商家不仅仅是简单的买卖关系,而应该是战略伙伴关系。因此,加强网络组织中企业间关系管理的理论研究,形成和谐的企业伙伴合作关系已经变得迫切而重要。著名的管理大师彼得·德鲁克曾说过:“不能评价,就无法管理。”本文旨在为网络组织中核心企业与网络节点企业之间的关系流程管理提供理论支持。论文在对大量国内外相关文献进行综述的基础上,从网络组织中核心企业的角度及关系管理前沿论题入手,以系统论和协同学与役使原理为指导、以综合评价方法为工具、以网络组织中核心企业与网络节点企业之间关系生命周期理论为研究思路,对网络组织中核心企业与网络节点企业之间动态关系流程管理的相关问题进行研究。论文在对网络组织系统特点分析的基础上,阐述新竞争环境下企业之间关系管理的复杂性,并通过对现有的关系发展流程主要模型的比较,分析传统企业之间关系流程管理方面存在的局限性和不完整性,提出了基于网络组织的核心企业与网络节点企业之间关系发展流程模型,该模型包括关系战略和关系战术两个层面。在关系管理战略层面,论文讨论了核心企业的设定、企业间关系建立的目的和定位、网络经理制度和网络关系结构调整,以明确关系流程管理的主体和方向,为企业间关系流程管理提供组织保障。在关系管理战术层面,论文从网络组织中核心企业与网络节点企业之间关系的建立、关系的维护与更新、关系的稳定提升和衰退等几个不同阶段进行研究,制定各阶段评价体系和管理对策。首先,在关系建立阶段,论文提出了战略兼容性网络节点企业选择模型,即利用集对分析的思想对各个潜在网络节点企业的实际情况进行评判,并由此建立原始矩阵、理想矩阵和相近度矩阵;利用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重;用相近度矩阵和权重得出各潜在合作伙伴的综合优劣排序。其次,在关系的维护与更新阶段,论文提出了现有网络节点企业价值评价指标体系,并采用系统聚类分析方法对网络节点企业进行分类,有针对性的提出了各类网络节点企业关系管理策略。再次,在关系的稳定提升阶段,论文采用Fuzzy集合论与AHP方法相结合的模糊综合评判方法,对高价值的关键网络节点企业构建了关系质量评价的综合决策模型。最后论文结合实例说明核心企业与网络节点企业之间关系生命周期各阶段评价模型的应用。

【Abstract】 With the continuous deepening of economic globalization, the market environment which take the consumer demand for personalized, diversification and product life cycles shorten as the characteristics makes enterprises being in the face of extreme changes in the market while also facing increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. The supply chain research shows that competition among enterprises in 21 century is no longer the competition among the enterprises monomer, but the competition among supply chain networks of enterprise located, manufacturers and merchants in a same supply chain is not just a simple trading relation, but should be a strategic partnership. Therefore, it has become urgent and important of strengthening theory research of relationship management inter enterprise in the network, and forming a harmonious partnership among enterprises.The famous master on management Peter Drucker once said: ’If can not evaluate, we can not manage.’ This paper aims to provide a theoretical support for relationship process management of core enterprises in the network organizations and node enterprises in the network. On the basis of reviewing a large number of domestic and international literatures, this paper starts with the view of core enterprises in network organizations and relationship management forefront thread, guided by system theory and collaborative servitude principle, tooled by a comprehensive evaluation method, research clued on core enterprises in the network organization and relationship life cycles theory inter node enterprises in the network, making a research related on process management of dynamic relations inter core enterprises in the network organization and node enterprises in the network.On the basis of the analysis of system characteristics of the network organizations, this paper expatiates the complexity of the relationship management inter enterprises under the new competitive environment, and makes the comparison of the existing relation developed processing main models, analyzes the limitations and incompletes with regard to relations process management inter traditional enterprises, proposes the relation developed processing models of inter core enterprises and node enterprises which based on network organizations. The model includes two levels, the relations strategy and relations tactics. For the purpose of clearing the main and direction of the relations process management, providing organizational protection for relations process management inter enterprises, on relationship management strategic level, core enterprises setting, the purpose and positioning of the establishment of relations inter enterprises, network manager system and network relationships adjusting are discussed in the study. In order to develop evaluation systems of various stages and management measures, on relationship management tactics level, researches such as the establishments of relations inter core enterprises and node enterprises in the network, the maintenance and update of relations, the stability and advancement of relations and decline were made. Firstly, in the stage of relations establishment, this paper proposes a selection model of strategic compatible node enterprises in the network, namely, by using the idea of Set Pair Analysis to judge the real situation of all the potential node enterprises in the network, and thus establishes the original matrix, ideal matrix and similar matrix; determines the weight of the indicators by using the method of level of analysis; educes the sort of comprehensive quality of all potential partners with similar matrix and weight. Secondly, in the maintenance and updating stage, this paper proposes value evaluation index system of existing node enterprises in the network, classifies node enterprises in the network by using Hierarchical Cluster Analyze method, and proposes management strategy of various types of node enterprises in the network in a targeted manner. Thirdly, in the stage of enhanced and stable relations, this paper constructs comprehensive decision-making model of relationship quality evaluation to high-value key node enterprises in the network by using Fuzzy Integral Evaluation Method which combines Fuzzy set theory and AHP method. Finally, this paper explains the applications of the evaluation model of life cycles of relationship between the core enterprises and node enterprises in the network with various stages.
