碳纤维基红外/毫米波复合诱饵材料技术研究

【摘要】 本文依据烟火诱饵材料对红外/毫米波复合制导武器的相关干扰理论,研究干扰红外、毫米波的诱饵特征,依此提出了以耐高温碳纤维织物为基材,在其上镀覆导电金属薄层并涂覆新型高能宽波段红外诱饵药剂来实现红外/毫米波复合诱饵功能的技术途径。开展了镀金属碳纤维织物作为红外/毫米波复合诱饵材料中毫米波干扰组分的相关特性研究,研究了耐高温碳纤维表面金属镀镍、铜和银的工艺优化,并创新性地提出了碳纤维表面无钯活化处理化学镀镍工艺及碳纤维表面直接环保镀银工艺。以优化工艺为基础制备了镀镍、铜和银碳纤维织物,并创新性地开展了碳纤维织物表面复合化学镀研究,分别制备了复合镀镍铜和复合镀铜银碳纤维织物,同时开展了不同金属镀层碳纤维织物的表观形貌、导电性能及镀层结合性能研究。在金属镀覆碳纤维织物的一面开展了红外诱饵药剂涂覆工艺研究,并对红外诱饵药剂配方进行了设计与试验研究,提出了组分设计原则,通过大量实验筛选出了由聚四氟乙烯、镁粉、可燃剂KR、红外活性物质HW及胶粘剂氟橡胶组成的金属镀覆碳纤维基红外诱饵药剂初始配方,并采用回归旋转设计的方法对初始配方进行了优化设计,结合诱饵药剂的红外光谱辐射性能测试实验,优化出了最佳的红外诱饵药剂配方,并利用MATLAB软件进行分析,揭示了诱饵药剂各组分对3~5μm、8~14μm辐射性能的影响规律。对碳纤维基红外/毫米波复合诱饵材料的特性进行了测试评价,结果表明涂覆最佳配方的红外诱饵药剂的复合诱饵燃烧时整体红外光谱辐射亮度显著增强;毫米波RCS值与金属镀层的导电性相关,不同金属镀层的毫米波RCS随镀层导电性能的增强而增大,同一种金属镀层时毫米波RCS随镀层厚度增大而增大;实验结果表明相同施镀时间情况下,复合铜银镀层碳纤维织物导电性最强,毫米波RCS值较其它镀层碳纤维织物大。
【Abstract】 In this paper, based on the interrelated theory of interfering IR and MMW, the characters of interfering IR/MMW compound pyrotechnic decoy were studied, the study technology route of IR/MMW compound pyrotechnic decoy, which plated metal lamella on carbon fiber fabric and coated the high-powered pyrotechnic powder, was put forwarded.The interrelated characteristics of metal deposited carbon fiber fabric, which was the MMW interference component in compound pyrotechnic decoy, was studied, the processing conditions for electroless nickel, copper and silver plating on carbon fiber were optimized, and the processing conditions for electroless nickel without palladium activation and electroless silver enviorment-friendly and directly were put forward creatively. The surface microcosmic appearance and resistances of metal deposited carbon fiber fabric were measured.The technics of coating pyrotechnic powder on one side of metal deposited carbon fiber fabric were studied, the formula of IR/MMW compound pyrotechnic decoy was designed experimentally, the components design principle was presented, the initial formula, consisting of (C2F4)n, magnesium powder, flammable agent KR, infrared active matter HW and adhesive fluorine rubber etc., was screened out through plenty of experiments. Using the regression and rotation design method, the initial formula was optimized and designed, connecting to the performance test experiment of spectral infrared radiant properties of IR/MMW compound pyrotechnic decoy, the author optimized the optimal formula of IR decoy medicament, and revealed the rules of each components interference the ability of radiation in 3~5μm and 8~14μm wave by use of MATLAB software to make three-dimensional graph.The characteristic of IR/MMW compound pyrotechnic decoy was tested and the experimental study results indicate that the IR spectral radiant luminance of the optimal formula enhance distinctly; the RCS values of different metal coated carbon fiber fabric increase with the increasing of conducting ability of metal deposit and the RCS values of the same metal coated carbon fiber fabric increase with the thickness of metal deposit; the conducting ability and RCS value of Cu-Ag deposited carbon fabric are the best and largest than any other metal coated carbon fiber fabric under the same plating time.
