沿海旅游目的地成长研究

【摘要】 旅游目的地的成长是区域旅游研究的重要内容。二战以来,经济的迅速恢复和科技的快速发展促进了全社会生活水平的极大提高,人们从繁忙的工作中解脱出来,旅游产业表现出强劲的生命力和美好的发展前景。关注旅游目的地的成长变化,满足人们日益增加的旅游需求成为区域旅游研究的重要内容。沿海旅游目的地是构成旅游目的地的重要组成部分。凭借自然禀赋优势,沿海地区在人口、历史、生产力等方面具有内陆地区不可比拟的优势。当今世界,无论是从旅游目的地角度还是从旅游客源地角度来衡量,沿海地区均是旅游发展的重中之重。统计资料表明,无论是从接待旅游者数量、旅游收入等目的地指标还是从发出旅游者、消费能力等客源地指标方面进行衡量,沿海国家均排在世界前列。我国海岸线漫长,沿海地区旅游发展历史久远,历程波折。作为中国改革开放的先导,在各级政府的大力支持下,经过三十年来的全面发展,我国的沿海旅游经历了从无到有的成长历程,尤其是近年来,我国的沿海旅游发展十分迅猛,沿海地区积极开发以海洋生态和海洋文化背景和底蕴的旅游产品吸引国内外旅游市场,提升沿海旅游业的整体服务水平,形成了一批有特色、高品质的沿海旅游目的地,无论是在旅游产品、旅游服务设施还是旅游接待效益方面,沿海地区都处在我国旅游目的地发展的前列。自上世纪70年代末改革开放以来,我国已经实现了从旅游资源大国向世界旅游大国的历史性跨越。本世纪初,国家旅游局提出到2020年我国要从世界旅游大国发展为旅游强国的发展目标,作为我国旅游业的重要组成部分,沿海旅游业的发展任重而道远。随着我国沿海发展战略的不断调整,沿海旅游目的地的成长也在不断的变化,研究我国沿海旅游目的地成长历史和变化,对促进沿海旅游目的地又快又好的成长具有积极的现实意义。本文旨在通过对沿海国家和沿海地区等旅游目的地的旅游发展历程和现状的回顾和分析,对影响沿海目的地成长的机理进行探索,揭示沿海旅游目的地成长的动力机理,并通过对广西北部湾经济区旅游产业成长的分析,提出其发展策略对策。全文由如下几部分组成,各部分的主要内容如下:第一章为绪论。本部分主要介绍论文选题的研究背景、主要研究内容以及作者对论文的基本思路和所采用的研究方法。第二章界定了基本概念并对历史文献进行了综述。对论文中涉及的旅游目的地、沿海地区等主要概念进行界定,并对国内外关于同类型地区的研究现状进行梳理,全面掌握前人研究成果。第三章对沿海旅游目的地成长涉及的理论基础进行集中阐释。沿海旅游目的地成长是一个复杂的过程,涉及到不同的部门和行业,相应的指导理论也来自很多不同的领域。在本文中主要涉及地理学理论、旅游学理论和其他相关理论等。第四章对世界主要沿海国家和中国沿海地区旅游成长历程进行回顾,揭示沿海旅游目的地的空间特征、旅游资源特征和旅游者行为特征及其影响因素。第五章对沿海旅游目的地成长机理进行研究。研究了沿海旅游目的地成长动力、成长模式和区域间的互动成长。第六章以广西北部湾经济区为案例,研究其成长基础、揭示其成长机理,提出促进其成长的策略,并对其和邻近地区珠三角的旅游互动进行分析。第七章是论文的结论部分,集中阐明论文的创新点与存在的不足,对后续研究提出展望。论文的主要创新集中在以下几点:第一、界定了沿海旅游目的地的概念。从旅游目的地的含义、分类和构成出发,对前人提出的概念进行充分对比分析的基础上,本文对滨海地区、沿海旅游资源和沿海旅游活动进行了全面的分析,并从空间的角度对沿海旅游目的地进行了界定,认为沿海旅游目的地是指:位于沿海地区,以沿海旅游资源和沿海旅游产品为主要吸引物,吸引旅游者进行沿海旅游活动的空间地理单元。并给出了宏观和微观两个界定标准。第二、划分了沿海旅游目的地的类型。将沿海旅游目的地划分为观光型、休闲度假型、生态型和商务型、复合型等四个类型。第三、从不同的角度总结了沿海旅游目的地的特征及影响因素。沿海旅游目的地具有:纬度地带性、洋流影响明显、经济区位指向明显等空间分布特征。第四、剖析了沿海旅游目的地成长机理。把沿海旅游目的地成长动力划分为:以旅游资源为核心的吸引力、以旅游需求为前提的拉动力、政府对供需的驱动力、旅游外部环境为保障力等四种动力。并构建了市场主导型互动模式、资源主导型互动模式两种横向互动模式和跨区域供应链互动模式、区域内政府主导的协同互动模式两种纵向互动模式,提出了政策机制、协调机制、信息机制和监督控制机制等四种互动机制。第五、以广西北部湾经济区为例进行了实证研究,分析了广西北部湾经济区旅游成长的基础、动力和成长模式,针对性的提出了广西北部湾经济区旅游成长的措施。

【Abstract】 The growth of the tourism destinations is an important component of the tourism research.Since the WW II,tourism industry has showed us its strong life and wonderful developing opportunity,as the fast recovering of the economy,the quick development of modern technology,and the free of people from tedious works.So the study on the tourism destination growth for the purpose of meeting the consumers’ needs become the vital part of regional tourism research.The coastal tourism destinations are an important part of the tourism destinations. Its’ natural endowments advantage makes it unparallel in population,history and productivity,compared with the inland regions.In nowadays,the coastal tourism destinations are important in both the perspective of tourism market and tourism destinations.Statistic data shows that the coastal regions and countries are in the forefront in the world in the field of accommodating tourists,tourism incomes,traveling, and consuming.China shared a rather long coastal,and its’ coastal regions enjoyed a long history of tourism growth,though,the history is rather twisting.As the regions that first adopt the policy of reform and opening up,the tourism industry in those regions experienced a growth course of from none to prosperity,with the strong support of the local government,in the last 30 years.Especially in the latest decade,the tourism industry in the coastal regions develops very fast.The coastal regions actively develop the marine ecological and marine cultural tourism products to attract the oversea market and improving the tourism service.Thus,a line of coastal tourism destinations with rich characteristics and high quality appears.Those destinations represent the highest level in China no matter in the field of tourism products,the tourism service or the tourist accommodations.Since the 1970s’ the implementing of the opening up and reform policy,China has changed from a strong power rich in tourism resources to a strong power of tourism destination.In the early years of this century,China National Tourism Administration put out that China will be a strong power of tourism in the year of 2020.As an important part of tourism industry of China,the coastal regions should shudder up much of the responsibility.The developing strategic is in constant adjusting so as to meet the developing needs,so the growth of the coastal tourism destinations is also in constant change.The study on the growth mechanism of the coastal destinations is meaningful for the fast and foremost growth of those regions. This paper tries to review and analyze the course and current situation of the coastal countries and regions as well as coastal tourism destinations,to discover the mechanism that may affecting the growth of the coastal tourism destinations,and the driven mechanism of its’ growth.This paper here takes the tourism industry of the Beibu bay of Guangxi as an example,and brings forward the strategy for its growth in the end.The whole paper has 7chapters,and the main contents are as following:Chapter 1 is about the presentation and design of the paper.Here,the author explained the background,the goals,the main parts,and the researching methods of the paper.Chapter 2 defined the basic concepts and reviewed the Chronological literature.In this part,the author defined the relevant concepts,and carded the researching results of the same kind regions both abroad and domestic.Chapter 3 collectively discussed the basic theories about the growth of the coastal tourism destinations.The growth of the coastal tourism destinations is a long and complex course and involved many different departments and industries.And its’ guiding theories also comes from many different fields.In this paper,it mainly involved the geography,tourism and some others.Chapter 4 reviewed the growth history of some important coastal countries and some coastal tourism destinations in China.And then,the author summed up the characteristics and affecting elements of the coastal tourism destinations.Chapter 5 discovered the growth mechanism of coastal tourism destinations,such as the growth power,growth model and the interaction among those coastal tourism destinations.Chapter 6 takes the Beibu bay as an example,studied its’ developing bases, mechanism,tactics.And finally,analyzed its’ tourism interactions with its’ nearby regions,especially the Pear River Delta.Chapter 7 is a summary of the whole paper.It explained the possible innovations and shortcomings of the paper,and expected the future works of the studies of this research.The possible innovations of the paper are mainly in those fields:Firstly,the paper defined the concept of the coastal tourism destination.The author, from the perspective of the definition,classification and constitution of tourism destination,put forward that coastal tourism destinations are regions that locating along the coast,developing the marine tourism resources and products,attracting tourists.Secondly,the author classified the coastal tourism destinations into four types, which are:sight seeing,recreation and holiday,ecological and business trip and compound.Thirdly,the author analyzed the growth mechanism of the coastal tourism destinations.And the author differentiated the driven forces of the coastal tourism destinations as:the attractiveness of the marine resources as the core,the market demands as the premise,the government developing wishes as the pulling force,the tourism environment protection as the guarantee.And the author also build up four kinds of interaction patterns among the coastal tourism destinations,which are:market dominating model,resource dominating model,cross region supply chain model and inner region government inter action model,and four kind of interaction mechanism: policy mechanism,coordination mechanism,information mechanism as well as supervising mechanism.Fifthly,the author taking the Beibu bay as an example,analyzed the developing foundation,driven force,and developing pattern of the region,and presented the countermeasures for the tourism growth of the region in the end.
