【摘要】 大企业在现代经济中起着至关重要的作用，而现实中各国的大企业发展水平存在巨大的差异。导致这种差异的一个关键因素就是各国金融环境的差异。本文就致力于探讨金融因素在大企业发展中的作用。本文首先在理论回顾的基础上对金融促进大企业的发展构建了一个理论分析框架。然后，从历史角度分析了金融在大企业发展中的作用。在此基础上，结合美、日、韩等国大企业发展的实践，从经验角度分析验证了金融与大企业发展的关系。最后，落脚到中国的实践中来，分析了中国的大企业发展与金融支持问题，同时在当前金融危机的条件下，探讨了金融危机与大企业发展的关系。全文共分八章：第一章导论。导论部分陈述了论文的研究背景与研究意义，点明了文章的研究思路、框架以及创新和不足，并对相关概念作了界定。第二章是关于大企业发展相关理论问题。首先回顾了大企业发展的相关理论，然后讨论了影响大企业发展的决定性因素，接着总结了不同国家大企业的发展模式以及大企业的成长方式。第三章主要是关于金融与企业发展关系的理论性铺垫。首先，对金融体系及其与经济发展和企业的关系进行了简单的介绍。其次，回顾了金融发展理论从宏观向微观领域深入的过程，点出金融对企业发展的作用正日益受到理论研究的重视。第三，从金融功能观的视角梳理了金融体系对企业发展的作用。第四，讨论了金融结构与政府干预和金融功能的关系。第四章从四个方面分析了金融促进大企业发展的作用。即：第一，金融为企业发展提供融资支持；第二，金融支持促进企业的技术创新，推动企业的壮大；第三，金融在公司治理中发挥重要作用，为企业发展提供制度支持；第四，金融体系对企业的外部并购扩张提供了重要的支撑。第五章从历史视角分析了金融在支持大企业发展中的作用。首先，通过金融制度和企业组织的历史演进，探讨了金融功能的历史扩展及现代大企业的出现。其次，结合历史上的三次产业革命，分析了大企业发展及金融在其中的支持作用。第六章分别考察了美日韩三国大企业发展中的金融支持的国际经验。美国经验凸显了资本市场的强大作用，日本主银行制度在其大企业发展中起了重要作用，韩国大企业的发展过程则集中体现了政府对金融的主导作用。第七章分析了中国大企业发展中的金融支持问题。首先考察了中国大企业发展的现状以及存在的问题，其次分析了当前大企业发展中金融支持的不足，最后为如何加强对大企业发展的金融支持提出了一系列政策建议。第八章考察了金融危机条件下的大企业发展问题。金融体系对大企业发展不仅有有利的一面，还有风险和不利的一面。本章就着力分析作为金融风险集中爆发结果的金融危机对大企业发展的影响以及如何在危机条件下促进大企业发展。本文可能的主要创新之处在于：为从金融角度研究大企业的发展构建了一个基本的分析框架；从历史角度，结合三次技术革命分析了大企业发展与金融支持的关系；对金融危机条件下大企业发展问题进行了全面分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Large enterprises play a very important role in modem economy. However, the development level of large enterprise exhibits vast difference. One key factor which causes this result is the financial environment. This paper is dedicated to analyze the role of finance in the development of large enterprises. On the basis of theory review, this paper first aims to build a framework for theoretical analysis. Then the role of finance in the development of large enterprise is analyzed from the historical view. On this basis, through the practice of development of large enterprise in US, Japan, and South Korea, this paper analyzes the relationship between finance and development of large enterprise from empirical view. Finally, return to the practice in china, the analysis of the development of China’s large enterprises and financial support is implemented. At the same time, under the condition of current financial crisis, the relationship between financial crisis and the development of large enterprises is also discussed.The full text is divided into eight chapters:ChapterⅠis introduction. This section presents the research background and significance of this paper, pointing out its framework, innovation and shortcomings, related concepts are defined, too.ChapterⅡis some theories about firm development. On the basis of a review of research about great enterprise, the factors which determine the firm growth are discussed. Then, development patterns and growth modes of large enterprise are summed up.ChapterⅢis mainly the theoretical groundwork on the relationship between finance and business development. First of all, is a brief introduction to financial system and its relation to economy and firm. Second, reviewing the theory of financial development in the area from the macro to the micro-depth process, pointing out the role of finance in enterprise development is growing more valued in theoretical research. Third, the role of finance in firm growth is analyzed from the perspective of financial function. Fourth, the relations between financial system and government intervention and financial functions are discussed.ChapterⅣanalyzes the role of finance in promoting the development of large enterprise from four aspects. Namely: First, the provision of fund supports enterprise development; second, the financial support promotes technological innovation of enterprises; third, finance plays an important role in corporate governance; fourth, the financial system provides an important support for firm M&A external expansion.ChapterⅤanalyzes financial support in large enterprises’ development from the historical perspective. First of all, through the financial system and the history of the evolution of business organizations explore the history of the financial functions of the expansion and the emergence of modern large enterprises. Secondly, combined with the history of the Third Industrial Revolution, an analysis of the role of finance in the development of large enterprises is conducted.ChapterⅥrespectively, visits the international experience of the financial support for the development of large enterprises in United States, Japan and South Korea. American experience highlights the powerful role of capital markets, Japan’s main bank system plays an important role in its large enterprise development, and South Korea’s development process of large enterprises reflects the role of government-led finance.ChapterⅦanalyzes the financial support in the development of China’s large enterprises. First, study the present condition and problems in the development of large enterprises, Followed by analysis of the current development of large enterprises in the lack of financial support, finally, a series of policy recommendations are put forward to strengthen financial support for the development of large enterprises.ChapterⅧstudies the question of large enterprises development under the conditions of the financial crisis. Financial system is not only beneficial to the development of large enterprises, but also there are risks and adverse sides. This chapter will focus on the financial crisis analysis, as the result of financial risk breaking out, and discuss how to promote the development of large enterprise under the situation of financial crisis. The originality of this dissertation may be: build a basic analytical framework for the analysis of development of large enterprises from a financial point of view; combined with three technological revolutions, analyze the relationship between financial support and development of large enterprises from the historical perspective; carry out the analysis of development of large enterprises under the conditions of the financial crisis.更多还原
