海洋史视野下明清闽台区域的教育发展与社会变迁

【摘要】 本文以海洋史的视角研究明清闽台区域的教育发展与社会变迁,选择教育这一领域来看闽台区域社会的变迁,探讨闽台区域的教育发展与社会变迁之间的关系。本文拟在教育史和社会史的结合方面进行一些尝试,力图把从社会的角度看教育和从教育的角度反映社会两种视角和思路结合起来,并对“教育社会史”这一概念或研究领域的提出进行可行性分析,对于推动明清教育史研究和闽台区域史研究的进一步发展当有一定的帮助。第一章为跨越文化的鸿沟:历史视野中的闽台教育关系,具体而言包括:边疆区域研究与闽台关系史的新思考,清代以前闽台的文教传统,族谱资料所反映的清代闽台教育关系。第二章考察了作为王政之本的清代闽台儒学机构的建设,首先系统地梳理了清代闽台儒学机构的兴修过程,其次考察了闽台教育经费的来源,最后对闽台儒学机构兴建中的官、绅、民的角色加以探讨。第三章考察了清代闽台教育与社会的关系,主要有:教育与行政的相互促进;化民成俗:作为社会教化途径的教育;因地制宜:作为社会治理途径的教育。

【Abstract】 This thesis aims to discuss the relationship between education and society in Fujian and Taiwan regions during Ming and Qing Dynasties in the perspective of maritime history. The author tries to examine social change in Fujian and Taiwan regions as seen in the field of education. This thesis attempts to combine educational history with social history, and combine the train of two thoughts, that is explore education from the angle of society and study society from the perspective of education. The author has the possibility of the notion of "educational-social history" in mind and hope it will help promote the research of educational history in Ming and Qing Dynasties and regional history study of Fujian and Taiwan.ChapterⅠexplores educational relations of Fujian and Taiwan in historical perspective. It is divided into three sections: frontier regional studies and new thinkings on relations of Fujian and Taiwan; cultural and educational traditions of Fujian and Taiwan before Qing Dynasty; educational relations of Fujian and Taiwan in Qing Dynasty as reflected in genealogies.ChapterⅡexamines the construction of educational institutions in Fujian and Taiwan during Qing Dynasty. It consists of three sections: building and reconstruction of educational institutions in Fujian and Taiwan during Qing Dynasty; sources of educational funds in Fujian and Taiwan; roles of officials, elites and public in the process of building educational institutions in Fujian and Taiwan.ChapterⅢdiscusses the relationship of education and society in Fujian and Taiwan. It is divided into three sections: mutual promotion of education and administration; cultivating people into customs: education as way of social edification; adjusting measures to local conditions: education as channel of social governance.
