农药精确施用机械智能决策支持系统研究

【摘要】 论文将智能决策支持系统与农药精确施用机械结合起来,研究建立了农药精确施用机械智能决策支持系统PPAMIDSS,为农药精确施用提供智能化决策。论文在分析农药精确施用机械智能决策支持系统功能的基础上,对系统进行了结构设计;在分析农药精确施用影响因子的基础上,构建了农药精确施用知识库、数据库。论文根据农药精确施用推理特点,提出了基于规则推理和基于事例推理集成推理机制,给出了基于规则推理流程;研究了农药精确施用事例表示、检索、修改及其推理流程。论文研究了农药精确施用知识的发现,并利用决策树对农药精确施用气象条件进行了数据挖掘,利用神经网络对农药精确施用事例的属性权重进行了数据挖掘;在基于事例推理和基于神经网络数据挖掘中研究了农药精确施用事例属性的编码。在以上研究基础上,论文研究建立了农药精确施用机械模型,并建立了模型库,给出了农药精确施用机械施药决策流程,提出了农药精确施药机械设计方法。论文最后对系统进行了开发实现,并从相关文献提取事例、数据,对系统进行了仿真实验,实验结果表明系统具有较高的准确率和较好的适应性。

【Abstract】 The intelligent decision support system and precision pesticide application machinery were integrated, and the Precision Pesticide Application Machinery Intelligent Decision Support System was established to provide intelligent decisions for precisely applying pesticides.After analyzing the function of the Precision Pesticide Application Machinery Intelligent Decision Support System, the structure design of the system was brought forward. After analyzing the factors of precision pesticide application, the knowledge base and the data base were constructed.According to the specialty of reasoning for precision pesticide application, the integrated structure of the reasoning machine model was brought forward based on cases and rules, and a reasoning flow were brought forward based on rules. In the paper, precision pesticide application case structure, case denotation, case retrieval, case revision and its reasoning tactic were studied.The discovery of precision pesticide application knowledge was studied, and the meteorological condition of precision pesticide application was mined using decision tree, and the attribute weight of precision pesticide application cases was obtained using artificial neural networks. In the reasoning based on cases and data mining based on artificial neural network, the attributes coding of precision pesticide application was studied.Based on the above studies, the precision pesticide application machinery model was established, and its model base was constructed, and the flow about precision pesticide application decision and some advices on design of pesticide application machinery were brought forward.Finally, The Precision Pesticide Application Machinery Intelligent Decision Support System was realized and simulated using data extracted from literatures. Experimental results showed that the system has comparatively high veracity and adaptability.
