竹纤维复合材料的组织设计、制备与性能研究

【摘要】 课题在研究竹纤维的结构与性能及所选基体材料的特点与性能的基础上,用竹纤维与树脂基体制备成不同的竹纤维复合材料,并对其拉伸、压缩、弯曲和冲击等性能进行了系统地测试研究,研究发现所制备的竹纤维复合材料的力学性能,开始随着竹纤维的含量增加而增加达到一定程度时又开始下降,说明纤维的增强作用有峰值存在。论文研究丰富了复合材料的理论体系。针对目前学术界很少研究复合材料的热物理特性的情况,课题首次提出热物理性能设计模型,并使用这个模型对所制备出的典型竹纤维复合材料进行了导热系数、比热等热物理特性的测试和理论分析,结果表明实际测量数据与课题研究出的理论模型吻合得很好;更出乎意料的是,该模型不仅仅只能预测热物理性能而且还可对其它非热物理特性如泊松比和模量等性能进行预测分析,理论计算结果与实际试验结果有很高的一致性。由于影响竹纤维复合材料性能的因素很多也很复杂,所以作者将模糊理论引入到竹纤维复合材料的研究中,得出了多因素输入对纤维复合材料性能输出的影响模型,并提出了纤维复合材料逆向设计问题和解决办法,理论模型对指导竹纤维复合材料的试验分析研究和实际工程应用取得了良好的效果。为了指导理论研究和实际生产,课题对竹纤维增强热固性、热塑性树脂基复合材料的成型传热过程运用有限元法进行模拟分析,并得出相关模型。

【Abstract】 With the basic research on the bamboo fiber structure and properties,characteristics and properties of the selected matrix materials, we use the bamboo fiber and resin matrixes to make variety of bamboo fiber composite materials, then, we given a systematic study on characteristics of the bamboo fiber composite materials by the tensile, compression, bending and impact test research. Found that the mechanical properties of composite materials that we made increase to some certain extent then started to decline when Increase the content of bamboo fiber, this shows that there are mechanical properties peak there. This thesis research has enriched the theoretical system of composite materials.At present, few academic studies for the composite materials of the thermal physical properties, this is the first in the world to get a thermal physical properties mathematical model. Use the model prepared by the typical bamboo fiber composite materials,thermal conductivity, specific heat and other physical properties of typical bamboo fiber composite materials has been tested and theoretical analysis has been given by the author through the model , the results show that the actual measurement data and the theoretical model data are very close to the test data; More unexpected is:This model can predict not only the Thermo-physical properties but also to other non-thermal physical properties such as Poisson’s ratio and modulus properties, and it has high consistency as predictive analysis and theoretical calculation results with the actual test results.Since the properties of bamboo fiber composites are relate with many factors that are very complex, so the author introduce the fuzzy theory into bamboo fiber composite materials research and get some fuzzy mathematical models to show the input factors that effect output for the composite material. Authors put forward the design of fiber composite reverse problems and solutions, theoretical models of bamboo fiber composite materials to guide experimental analysis of research and practical engineering applications have achieved good results.In order to guide theoretical research and actual production, Thermal conductivity process in the bamboo fiber reinforced thermosetting resin and thermoplastic resin composites has been analyzed by using finite element method for simulation analysis, and get the heat conduct correlation model.
