【摘要】 货物运输系统是交通运输系统的一个子系统，其发展方式关系交通运输发展全局。合理而有效的发展方式对于提高货物运输发展质量和效益、实现货物运输业乃至整个交通运输业的全面协调可持续发展具有重要意义，是加快经济发展方式转变的重要保障。长期以来，我国交通运输业的发展以满足快速发展的国民经济在数量方面的需求为主要任务，货物运输的发展以透支地球资源和牺牲生态环境为代价。随着经济社会的快速发展，未来货物运输发展将面临越来越严格的资源约束和环境约束，我国已不可能重复发达国家先发展、后治理的道路，货物运输发展不能够、也不可能建立在牺牲环境和无节制消耗资源的基础之上，以扩大运输基础设施规模为发展重点的高投入、高消耗、高污染、低效益的发展方式与经济社会又好又快发展的要求不相适应，已难以为继，迫切需要转变，探索符合我国国情的货物运输发展方式成为货物运输发展的首要任务。然而，纵观现有研究，尽管有关货物运输发展的理论相当多，但对货物运输发展方式进行系统研究的很少，尤其是基础理论十分匮乏，亟待突破。本文以经济发展方式理论和交通运输发展理论为基础，对货物运输发展方式基础理论进行了探索性的研究。首先界定了货物运输发展方式的涵义，从不同角度划分了货物运输发展方式的类型，分析了影响货物运输发展方式的因素。接着通过分析货物运输发展速度、货物运输发展与国民经济发展的适应性、货物运输结构、货物运输资源、能源消耗状况，全面系统地审视了我国货物运输业发展的当前状态及现行发展方式的不适应性表现，指出了我国货物运输业发展中存在的主要问题及原因。然后阐述了货物运输发展的理想状态，分析了经济全球化、新型工业化、现代物流发展等新的历史条件对货物运输发展产生的影响和货物运输需求的变化，明确了未来我国货物运输应选择的发展方式类型。最后，从交通运输业自身发展规律、经济社会发展的需要、外部条件的约束三个方面分析了我国货物运输发展方式转变的客观必然性，指出了货物运输发展方式转变的确切涵义和思路，给出了我国货物运输发展方式转变的主要途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a subsystem of the transport system, the developing way of freight transportation system concerns the transportation developing an overall situation. Rational and effective developing way is of great significance to improve the quality and benefits of freight transportation development and realize the overall coordinated and sustainable development of the freight transportation even the transportation industry. It is also an important guarantee for speeding up the transformation of the economic developing way.For a long time, the main task of China’s transportation industry is to meet the rapid increasing quantity needs of the national economy, resulting that freight transportation developed at a cost of overdrafts the earth’s resources and sacrifices the ecological environment. With the rapid economic and social development, development of freight transport will face more and more stringent resource constraints and environmental constraints in the future. It is impossible for China to take destroy-protect development road, which developed countries did. The freight transportation can not, and be impossibly develops base on the sacrifice of environment and uncontrolled consumption of the resources. The developing way, which is high input, high consumption, high pollution and low efficiency, and focuses on expanding transport infrastructure, can not adapt to the fast and good economic social development, be difficult to continue, and needs to change urgently. Searching after the freight transportation developing way according with China’s national conditions becomes a primary task. However, in existing research, though there are considerable relational theories of the freight transportation’s development, systematic study of the developing way of freight transportation especially the basic theory is so few that it needs a breakthrough.In this paper, the author does some exploratory research on the basic theory of the developing way of freight transportation based on the theory developing way of economy and transportation development theory. Firstly, it defines the meaning of developing way of freight transportation, measures the types of developing way of freight transportation from different angles, and analyzes the influencing factors of developing way of freight transportation. Secondly, by analyzing the development speed of freight transportation, the adaptability between the development of freight transportation and the national economic development, the structure of freight transportation, the resources of freight transportation and energy consumption, it comprehensively and systematically scans the development status of Chinese freight transportation, and summarizes the major problems of freight transportation and the non-adaptability of developing way of freight transportation at the present stage. Then, it points out the new historical conditions such as economic globalization, new-type industrialization, modern logistics and so on, analyzes the impact of these new historical conditions on freight transportation developing. It also points out the objective necessity of the transformation of freight transportation developing way from the development law of transportation, economic and social development needs and the restriction of external conditions. Finally, it indicates the exact meanings, and gives the ideas and the main channels of the transformation of freight transportation developing way.更多还原
