煤层3D动态建模技术及应用研究

【摘要】 煤层动态建模技术是一项涉及煤层建模方法、模型自动处理算法和模型数据组织管理的综合性技术。本文在分析煤层地质建模特点及众多3D空间构模方法的基础上,首次提出了广义直三棱柱(Generalized Straight Triangular Prism,GSTP)的概念,并对广义直三棱柱的定义、几何形态、空间拓扑关系及数据结构作了深入讨论。研究表明不规则三角网(Triangulated Irregular Network,TIN)和广义直三棱柱网(Generalizedstraight Triangular Prism Network,GSTPN)分别适合煤层动态建模的表面模型和体模型。在分析煤矿生产技术信息特点及数据处理流程的基础上,规划了两条基于平面、剖面对应的煤层动态建模路线,为煤层动态建模的数据组织提供了理论基础。通过对煤层和断层(包括正断层和逆断层)的交面线做恢复处理,将褶皱、正断层和逆断层的约束边界归结为折线的约束问题,提出了“移动恢复”自动处理平面和剖面断层的新算法,解决了复杂约束条件下煤层3D自动建模的技术难题,提高了煤层动态建模的自动化程度与处理效率。最后,以地质模型为基础,以OpenGL为工具,采用Vc++6.0语言编写了3D图形显示控件及地质模型管理控件,开发了一套煤层3D模型可视化实验系统。论文的部分研究成果已经应用于煤矿地质测量空间信息系统MSGIS3.0中,主要表现为通过煤层底板表面的约束三角剖分,实现了煤层底板等高线的断层处理、等高线的局部加密、三角形优化、空间插值、任意切割煤层剖面等方面。通过实例,还展示了煤层3D动态建模技术在煤矿生产、安全管理、科学调度与职业培训等方面的应用前景,为煤矿三维地理信息平台的开发奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The coal seam dynamic modelling is an integrated technology,referring to methodology of coal seam modelling,automatic processing algorithm and data organization and management of established model.In this paper,the concept of Generalized Straight Triangular Prism(GSTP) is presented based on analyzing coal seam geologic modeling feature and some 3D spatial modeling methods.In addition,the definition, geometry forms,spatial topology relation and data structure of GSTP are also discussed in this paper.Research result indicate both the Triangulated Irregular Network(TIN) as a facial model and the Generalized Straight Triangular Prism Network(GSTPN) as a volumetric model are suitable to coal seam 3D dynamic modelling.The features of geology information and data process flow in coal mine are analyzed,and two coal seam dynamic modelling route are designed based on the corresponding relation between plane and profile.According to the reverting process of lines of intersection between coal seam and fault,the restricted boundaries of fold,ordinary fault and reverse fault are taken as a simple restricted line.And then a new algorithm named "movement and reverting" for the automatic processing of fault in plane and profile is presented first.Base on that,a full method that develops the automatic ability for coal seam 3D dynamic modelling under the complex restricted conditions is brought forward.At last,a preliminary visual 3D model system for coal seam is established based on coal seem 3D model and using OpenGL and Vc++6.0.Currently a part of research results has been applied to Mine Survey Geological Information System(MSGIS3.0),including constrained triangulation of coal bed suface, coal bed scaleboard contours with fault,part encrypt of contours,excellent turn of triangle,space encrypt,any direction profile of coal bed and so on.The coal seam dynamic modelling has also good foreground for production,management and professional training of coal mine,resulting in a foundation for the 3D geography information platform of coal mine.
