【摘要】 本研究采用束缚水浸应激法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型，旨在探导大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸(汤)对实验性胃溃疡相关药效学指标影响及其作用机制。实验研究表明，大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸(汤)可显著降低束缚水浸应激胃溃疡模型大鼠溃疡指数，对胃溃疡具有非常显著的预防保护作用。大黄黄连泻心汤可提高束缚水浸应激胃溃疡模型大鼠SOD含量，降低ET、5-HT、NE含量，抑制GAS的分泌，促进EGF、TGF分泌而发挥抗溃疡作用。理中丸(汤)可提高束缚水浸应激胃溃疡模型大鼠SOD活性、NO含量，降低MDA、ET、5-HT、NE含量，并维持NO和ET的动态平衡，通过抑制GAS的分泌，促进EGF、TGF分泌而发挥抗溃疡作用。综上所述，大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对束缚水浸应激所致大鼠胃溃疡均有明显的对抗作用。黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸(汤)抗溃疡、促进溃疡愈合的机制不尽相同，可能与两个经方的不同寒热属性所致，即两个经方所主治病症、功效不同有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study aims to observe the pharmacological effect and possible mechanisms ofDahuanghuanglianxiexin Tang and Lizhongwan(Tang)in healing experimental gastric ulcercaused by water immersion stress method in rats.Experimental studies have shown thatDahuanghuanglianxiexin Tang and Lizhongwan(Tang)can significantly shrink the size ofulcer area in rats with gastric ulcer caused by water immersion stress method to has a verysignificant role in the prevention and protection.Dahuanghuanglianxiexin Tang can increasecontent of SOD in gastric tissue,reduce the content of ET in blood serum,5-HT and NE inbrain tissue,inhibit the secretion of GAS,improve the secretion of EGF and TGF to preventand treat experimental gastric ulcer.Lizhongwan(Tang)can increase content of SOD ingastric tissue and NO in blood serum,reduce the content of MDA in gastric tissue,ET inblood serum,5-HT and NE in brain tissue,maintain dynamic equilibrium between NO andET,inhibit the secretion of GAS,improve the secretion of EGF and TGF to prevent and treatexperimental gastric ulcer.To sum up,Dahuanghuanglianxiexin Tang and Lizhongwan(Tang)had good curativeeffect on gastric ulcer in rats.The mechanisms of the two prescription on treatment to thesame syndrome-gastric ulcer caused by water immersion stress method in rats is differentmay be related to them by the side of diametrically opposite properties of cold and heat,thatis,the main cure disease and effect betweem them is different.更多还原
