【摘要】 现代医学的肾脏疾病属于中医的“水肿”、“淋证”、“腰痛”、“癃闭”、“关格”等病范畴,中医古代对于这些疾病的治疗积累了丰富的经验,建国以来的西医学迅速发展,对于肾脏病的发病机理和治疗手段不断提高,但是由于肾脏疾病发病机理复杂,单纯中医中药疗效欠佳,而西药又有极大的副作用,因此,多采用中西医结合的治疗方法,经过几十年的临床实践,证明中西医结合的确是治疗肾脏疾病的有效方式。本文通过文献研究的方法,对中西医结合治疗肾脏病的发展历程进行了系统回顾,对各阶段中西医结合对肾脏疾病病因病机及辨证论治的研究进行系统总结,为今后的研究提供文献学基础。正文共分为7个部分,首先对近代的中西医汇通和现代的中西医结合进行了简要回顾;第二部分对中医脏腑学说的肾与西医解剖生理的肾脏的兼容与差异进行了考辨;第三部分对中西医结合治疗肾脏病的发展历程进行系统回顾;第四、五、六部分,分别研究了有效单味中药在肾脏病治疗中的应用,常见肾脏病诊疗思路的变迁,中草药肾损害的问题;第七部分对中西医结合治疗肾脏病的历史经验进行客观的评价,为今后治疗肾脏病临床疗效的提高提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Kidney disease of Western medicine is equivalent to such disease as edema,all cards,lumbago,Longbitong closed and guan grid,which belongs to Traditional Chinese medicine.With the rapid development of Western Nephrology,treatment approaches of kidney disease has continuously improved.Since the pathogenesis of kidney disease is very complex,the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is poor,besides the side effects of Western medicine is severe.It has proved that,treatment with Chinese and Western Medicine is the effective way to kidney disease.By means of literature research,combs the development process of Chinese and Western Medicine treatment on kidney disease,then has separately conducted the research to single herbs about the treatment of kidney disease,the diagnosing and treating mentality vicissitude about common kidney disease,the renal damage of Chinese herbal medicine.Objectivly evalue the historical experience of treatment on kidney disease with Chinese and Western Medicine.The curing experience will provide theoretical reference for future clinical work.更多还原
