【摘要】 目的:系统整理历代中医药文献中有关黄褐斑病因、病机、诊断、治则、方药等记载,通过古今对比分析,并结合当代社会环境下女性生理病理特点,证实滋阴活血治法是治疗黄褐斑重要且有效方法,为临床和科研提供新思路。方法:运用中医传统文献学和统计学相结合的研究方法,首先对古今中医药文献中关于黄褐斑的病名沿革、病因、病机、诊断、治法、方药等诸方面内容进行系统的整理,力求从历史发展的角度,对黄褐斑认识的发展规律有全面的认识,为今后的研究工作提供文献学基础。第二,通过对上述文献的梳理分析,总结黄褐斑的证治规律和特点,以体现文献研究指导和服务于临床的目的。第三,对近10年来黄褐斑的期刊文献进行尝试性的评估,以期对黄褐斑的研究现状有一个全面的认识。第四,运用统计学方法,分析古今用药特点与异同,筛选高频药物,优选出滋阴活血法治疗黄褐斑的方案。结果:古今对黄褐斑病因、病机、治则、方药等认识随时代变迁发生着变化,滋阴活血治法是治疗黄褐斑重要且有效方法。结论:滋阴活血法治疗黄褐斑具有丰富而确凿的古今文献依据,丰富了黄褐斑临床治法,将对临床具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By systemic literature arrangement and ancient and modern constrast about Chloasma’s etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, principles of treatment,medicine and formula, etc.combining female physiology and pathology characteristics under the contemporary society.to confirm Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Flow is the major and effective method to treat Chloasma.to provide new ideas to clinical and research. Method:By use of TCM’s Literature study and modern statistical literature combining research methods,First summarize systemically Chloasma’s name evolution, etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, principles of treatment,medicine and formula, etc. from the perspective of historical development to explore the development of understanding of the laws of Chloasma. to provide literature basis for future research.Secondly, through the above-mentioned documents analysis, summing up the Chloasma therapy rules to reflect the purposes of literature research guidance and services for clinical.Third, by assessment the past 10 years related periodicals of Chloasma,we try to have a general understanding on Chloasma research. Fourth, by use of statistical methods to analyze the characteristics and differences and similarities between ancient and modern medicine, screening high-frequency drugs and prescription, optimize a project of Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Flow methods to treat Chloasma. Results: the awareness of Chloasma’s etiology, pathogenesis , treatment and prescriptions have changed with the times changing,the treatment of chloasma with Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Flow has become the most important. Conclusion: Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Flow methods to treat Chloasma have plentiful and conclusive literatures foundation. it enrich clinical methods to treat Chloasma and have directive significance to clinical.更多还原
