【摘要】 本文通过文献研究与实地调查研究相结合的方法,探求中医骨伤科流派在手法整复与方药治疗等方面的诊治规律与特点。本课题坚持以中医理论为指导,从中医骨伤科流派入手研究当代中医骨伤科流派的沿革、发展,在运用中医文献学研究方法的基础上,结合实地调查研究,对历代中医骨伤科文献资料、尤其是运用手法与方药治疗等方面的特色和经验进行分类、梳理、总结、概括,整理出当代中医骨伤科流派的框架,挖掘中医骨伤科手法诊治的基本观点、原理和方法以及临床用药特色,通过系统研究,得出客观、科学的结论,从而为中医临床和科研提供可靠的文献依据,并进一步更好地为临床实践服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the combination methods of literature research and clinical case study, this thesis explores the regular principles and distinguishing features to diagnosis and treatment of manipulation and prescriptions in Chinese traditional orthopedics. Abiding by the guild of Chinese traditional medical theory, this thesis analyses the history and development of Chinese traditional orthopedics schools, differentiation of manipulation of treatment, prescriptions and herbs, by the means of literature research and clinical studies. Especially for clinical experiences and distinguishing characteristics of diagnosis and treatment from different schools, we systematically analyses, classifies those knowledge and generalizes a novel framework of Chinese traditional orthopedics school. Under the framework, objective and scientific conclusions could be summarized to provide more reliable literature references for clinical and academic research.更多还原
