【摘要】 目的:以“血浊理论”为依据,观察化浊行血汤治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,探讨2型糖尿病的病机及该复方防治该病的作用机制,为中医药防治该病提供新的理论依据和有效方药。方法:80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,口服化浊行血汤加常规西药;对照组40例,应用常规西药不用中药。治疗周期为3个月,按积分记录症状体征,检测疗效指标BMI、FPG、2hPG、FINS、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)、血粘度、炎症因子(CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)的变化。结果:3个月后患者症状积分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),BMI、FPG、2hPG、FINS、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、TG、TC、LDL-C、血粘度、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α较前显著下降,HDL-C较前显著升高。统计学证明治疗组各项指标改善情况均优于对照组,两组具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:化浊行血汤能明显改善2型糖尿病患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效,降低血糖,显著改善血脂紊乱,降低血高凝状态,降低炎症指标,减轻胰岛素抵抗,是治疗2型糖尿病的有效方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Based on the theory of“the muddy blood”,To observe the clinic curative effect of Huazhuo Xingxue Tang treating type 2 diabetes,and to discuss its mechanism that resisting type 2 diabetes,we may provide new theoretical guidance for treating type 2 diabetes by using Chinese traditional medicine. Methods:Divided 80 type 2 diabetes patients into two group equally.we gave Huazhuo Xingxue Tang to the treatment group besides western medicine for 3 months.for cortrol group,we only used the same western medicine.when the treatment cycle was over,we observed the effects of chinese materia medical,indexes including BMI、FPG、2hPG、FINS、HbA1c、IR、blood-fat(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)、blood viscosity、inflammatory factor(CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)were measured respectively. Results: 3 months later,the scores declined obviously(p<0.05),most of serological indexes were declined including BMI、FPG、2hPG、FINS、HbA1c、IR、TG、TC、LDL-C、blood viscosity、CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α,and HDL-C were improved.After statistics,the improvement of every indexes in therapeutic was better than contral grope,and there was significant differrence(p<0.05). Conclusion:Huazhuo Xingxue Tang has good effect to the patients of type 2 diabates,through this research,we think the mechanism including such aspects:decreasing the blood sugar、inflammatory factor、blood viscosity,improving the metabolic disorder of blood-fat,and reducing the insulin resistance,In a worrds,It was an effective recipe of treating type 2 diabetes.更多还原
