【摘要】 建设中华民族共有的现代精神家园是一个全新的课题，但其视域却及于古今中外。在当下研究中华民族共有精神家园的现代建构既具有理论意义、也具有实践价值。近现代以来，中华民族共有的精神家园不断受到外来文化的冲击，传统的共有精神家园已不复完整，但现代的共有精神家园又还没有完全建立。精神生活与精神家园是一种文化现象，文化与精神家园之间存在本体、载体、路径、价值等多维勾连。在经济全球化、政治国际化、文化多元化的当下，如何建设中华民族共有的现代精神家园其实质就是如何建设中华现代文化，在很大程度上就是以科学精神、民主精神为文化酵母建设中华现代文化。传统文化是一个民族的血脉情感之所系，是一个民族的精神家园的重要载体和基本组成部分。回顾中华民族悠久、光荣，也充满艰辛的历史，祖先们留给中华儿女的优秀文化遗产凝聚了前辈们的心血与汗水，弥足珍贵，需要我们发扬光大，把那些优秀的文化传统融入到中华现代文化之中，以建设中华民族的现代精神家园。信仰文化是民族文化的内核，是一个民族的灵魂之所系。中华传统信仰文化未经理性精神充分洗礼，无法担当中华民族现代精神家园的重任，需要以培育科学信仰为中心任务来建设中华现代文化，并进而建设中华民族共有的现代精神家园。中华民族共有精神家园的现代建构就需要在作为总体的中华文化和作为核心的信仰文化两个层面展开，这就是双重文化进路的逻辑起点。总体文化进路主要是传统文化的现代化，因此也可以理解为传统文化进路；信仰文化进路则需要培育科学信仰与科学的信仰体系，具体来说就要以坚定马克思主义信仰，培育宪法信仰为主导，包容、宽容其他各种并不违反人类一般本性的信仰。围绕着总体文化与信仰文化双重建设的逻辑进路，文章分为导论、正文、结语三部分，其中正文五章。导论部分主要说明选题的依据，评析本课题的研究现状，阐明其理论意义和实践意义，并说明本文的研究方法和重点、难点问题。第一章：主要从概念上分析何为精神家园?何为共有的精神家园?何为中华民族共有的精神家园?阐明建设中华民族现代精神家园的意义和基本原则，并为如何建设中华现代文化并进而建设中华民族现代精神家园指明两个大方向，其一为弘扬传统文化，其二为培育信仰文化。第二章：根据马克思主义的认识论要求，辨识中华传统文化的优长与不足，论述中华传统文化现代化的两个目标就是科学与民主。在分析中华传统文化与总体文化两个概念之间关系的基础上，提出发展理性精神，弘扬传统文化与普世价值，实现中华民族共有的现代精神家园在总体文化上的建设。第三章：阐述信仰在精神生活中的重要地位，并通过回顾信仰理性化的历史过程得出信仰科学化的大趋势。然后在分析科学信仰的功能的基础上，结合中华民族共有精神家园失落与离散的现状，提出培育科学的信仰和科学的信仰体系，建设中华民族现代精神家园的一些基本原则，指出马克思主义信仰与宪法信仰是可行的信仰文化进路。第四章：先说明马克思主义信仰的内涵和基本特征及其在中国文化中的重要地位和作为中华民族共有精神家园重要组成部分的现实，然后分析当下中国马克思主义信仰弱化的基本状况和主要原因，在此基础上从知与行两个方面阐释坚定马克思主义信仰建设中华民族共有精神家园的综合方法。第五章：从分析宪法的文化功能与政治功能以及宪法的此岸世界与彼岸世界入手，探讨宪法作为中华民族共有精神家园的现实可能性，然后分析我国宪法信仰缺失的现状及其原因，并有针对的结合造成国人宪法信仰缺失的主要原因，分析了通过培育宪法信仰建设中华民族现代精神家园的四项基本策略。结语部分主要比照宗教信仰的基本内容对马克思主义信仰与宪法信仰这两种科学信仰的人格化及其本体根据设定的重要性作一补充交待。就建设中华民族现代精神家园的文化进路而言，这些补充说明虽在结语部分，言语寥寥，但绝对是最重要的内容之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 To construct the modern spiritual home which the Chinese nation altogether has is a brand-new topic, but its sight reaches to the ancient and modern in China and abroad actually. There are the theory significance and the practice value to study the modern construction about the spiritual home which the Chinese nation to altogether have immediately. Since the near modern age, the spiritual home which the Chinese nation have altogether had received the impact from external culture unceasingly. The traditional spiritual home altogether has been no longer complete, but the modern spiritual home altogether has not been to establish completely. The spiritual life is one cultural phenomenon. Between the culture and the spiritual home, there is involvement which is in the main body dimension、the carrier dimension and so on. In the age characteristic of the economical globalization, the political internationalization, the cultural diversity, the essence how to construct modern spiritual home which the Chinese nation altogether have is that to construct the Chinese modern culture by taking the spirit of science, the democratic spirit constructs the Chinese modern culture as the cultural yeast.The traditional culture that a nationality’s blood vessels and emotion relate to, is important carrier and the basic building block of a nationality’s spiritual home. To reviews glorious、honorable、filled the difficult history of the Chinese nation , we should treasure the outstanding cultural heritage that condense the senior painstaking care and the sweat the ancestors leaves us and we should carry it forward through to integrate these outstanding cultural tradition to the Chinese modem culture to construct the Chinese nation the modern spiritual home.The belief culture is the essence of the national culture, is maintenance of a nationality’s soul. before a full baptism by the rational spirit, The Chinese tradition belief culture has not been unable to take on the important responsibility to take as the Chinese nation modern spiritual home, so should we take cultivate the science belief as the central task in order to constructs the modern spiritual home which the Chinese nation altogether has through constructing the Chinese modern culture. This article drawed up to discusses the modern construction of the spiritual home which the Chinese nation to altogether has from the overall culture entrance and the belief culture entrance.Revolving dual logical entrance to construct the overall culture and the belief culture, the article divides into the introductory remarks, the main text, the conclusion, with five chapters in main text. The introductory remarks part mainly show the reason to select the topic, evaluates the research present situation on this topic, expound its theory significance and the practice significance, and show the research technique and key, the difficult question about this article.First chapter: Mainly conceptually analyzes what is the spiritual home?
