基于知识的塑料注射模集成设计系统研究

【摘要】 注射模设计具有复杂繁琐、经验性强、周期长、质量要求高的特点,需要设计工程师具备丰富的知识与经验。因此,研究将注射模设计知识与经验形式化并以显示的方式存储起来,促进注射模设计的智能化,缩短注射模设计周期,提高注射模设计质量,是计算机辅助注射模设计技术领域的前沿研究课题之一。本文在广东省重点科技攻关项目“复杂精密注射模具智能化、数字化设计技术研究及产业化”(2005A1047001)的资助下,深入研究了注射模设计系统中知识集成的方法,提出了开发基于知识的注射模集成设计系统的思想。知识工程技术是面向现代设计的需求而产生的。本文采用知识工程技术对注射模CAD/CAE/CAM系统进行改造来实现注射模设计系统中知识的集成,提出了基于知识的注射模集成设计系统框架结构,并深入研究了该系统实现的相关关键技术。知识库系统是构建基于知识的注射模集成设计系统的关键。本文深入研究了建立知识库系统的方法,基于设计任务结构构建了注射模设计知识库。建立知识库的目的是为了注射模设计过程知识的重用,本文基于设计知识元、设计任务、设计实例实现了注射模设计过程知识的的多粒度重用。注射模设计需要借助于以前的设计实例来辅助新产品的设计,基于实例推理技术是实现注射模实例知识重用的有效方法。本文将注射制品功能因素加入实例检索模型,解决了注射制品难于表达、检索的难题,在此基础上构建了实例表示模型。根据该实例模型本文提出了一种实例相似度计算方法及相应的实例检索算法。对注射模设计方案进行科学、合理的客观评价至关重要,仿真知识是设计评价与优化的基础。本文结合理论分析与实践经验,从流动性、工艺过程变量、表观成形缺陷、成形工艺等几个方面对仿真知识深入分析,提出了设计评价指标体系、评价目标函数及相应的评价方法。本文提出的注射模设计方案的评价方法分为校核、评价、工艺校验三个步骤。CAD与CAE的集成,是实现CAD系统的先进几何建模技术与CAE系统分析计算能力紧密结合的需要。建立统一的数据模型是实现CAD/CAE集成的关键,本文构建了基于特征建模的CAD/CAE集成数据模型,并在CAD平台上实现了CAD/CAE的集成。在上述理论研究成果的基础上,本文研制开发了基于知识的注射模集成设计原型系统,并以实例验证了本文研究的有效性和可行性。

【Abstract】 Injection mold design is a complicated,empirical,long time costed and high qualityrequired process.To design a qualified mould,the designers are required to possessthorough and broad knowledge.Therefore,presenting and storing the knowledge ofinjection mould in the design system is one of the forefront researches of computer aidedinjection mold design.Intelligentizing the design process,shortening the designing cycletime and reduce the cost of it are the ultimate purpose of the research.With the financialsupport from the Technology Project of Guangdong Province (2005A1047001),themethodology of knowledge integration has been studied in this thesis.Confronting with the increasing requirement of modem design,this paper proposes amethod based on knowledge-base technology and CAD/CAE/CAM system to integrateknowledge in injection mould design process,and also builds the framework of theintegrated system.To develop the system,several key technologies are emphaticallystudied in this paper.Knowledge base is the indispensable component of the knowledge based system.Atask-structure oriented approach to construct a hierarchical and systematic knowledgerepository is applied to this research.By utilizing the knowledge element,design task anddesign case,the design knowledge can also be reused in multi-granule.Injection mould designer always adapts the solution of a previously solved case to seta solution for a new problem.And the case based reasoning method is suitable for theprocess of injection mould design.Efficient retrieval model is critical for case-basedreasoning.In this paper,the function of products is considered as a factor of the retrievalmodel,and the case model is constructed based on this retrival model.Simulation knowledge based overall evaluation of the design schema is very essential.Founded on theoretical analysis and practical experience,this study analyzes the results ofCAE from various aspects,such as flow capability,process variables,apparent defects andprocess parameters,etc.,develops the indexes of evaluation for the design of injectionmold,and defines the objective function of the evaluation.Evaluating the design schema of injection mold following the steps as results check,evaluation and parameters check etc.is promoted.The integration of CAD and CAE meets the need of realizing the combination ofmodeling with simulating.Constructing the unified data-model is critical for realizing theintegration of CAD and CAE.Based on feature modeling,this paper presents a model tointegrate CAD and CAE datas,and develops the integrated CAD/CAE prototype system.On the basis of the above theoretic achievement,a knowledge based prototypesystem has been developed,and some cases are illustrated the application of this system.
