【摘要】 先进性是一个政党的生命。不具备先进性的政党,必然为时代所淘汰。保持和发展先进性,是中国共产党的力量之源,是加强党的建设的核心和永恒课题。中国共产党从成立至今八十多年的历史,是一部紧紧围绕党在不同时期的历史任务,坚持先进性、体现先进性的历史。中国共产党在保持和发展先进性的历程中形成了一系列理论成果,积累了丰富的经验,加强对中国共产党先进性理论与经验的研究,对新时期推进党的建设的伟大工程具有重要的意义。本论文以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本立场、观点和方法作为指导,立足现实、回顾历史、着眼未来,比较全面、系统、深入地研究了中国共产党在保持和发展先进性的历程中所形成的理论和经验,对新世纪新阶段党保持和发展自身先进性面临的诸多挑战进行了深入分析,在此基础上,对当前及今后党保持和发展先进性的对策进行了探讨。本论文包括五章:第一章,对研究政党先进性问题所涉及到的相关概念和范畴进行比较、分析和界定。笔者以马克思主义为指导,综合运用多种方法,借鉴国内外已有研究成果,对政党先进性的内涵、政党先进性的主要表现及政党先进性的评价标准等基本理论问题进行了探讨,提出了自己的见解。第二章,着重考察中国共产党成立以来保持和发展先进性的历程及所形成的理论成果。论文回顾了中国共产党保持和发展先进性的艰难历程,评述了党的主要领导人对保持和发展党的先进性的重要贡献。本章着重点在于展示中国共产党为保持和发展党的先进性所做出的艰辛努力和卓越贡献,并分析了中国共产党在各个历史阶段保持和发展自身先进性的特点。第三章,对中国共产党保持和发展先进性的历史经验进行了系统总结。论文认为:保持和发展党的先进性必须以扎实的思想建设为基础;保持和发展党的先进性必须以牢固的政治建设为核心;保持和发展党的先进性必须以坚强的组织建设为依托;保持和发展党的先进性必须以优良的作风建设为支撑;保持和发展党的先进性必须以科学的制度建设作为保障;保持和发展党的先进性必须以提高党的执政能力为根本任务。第四章,着重分析了在新形势下中国共产党保持和发展自身先进性面临的诸多挑战。文章认为:世界经济、政治、科技文化发展的新特点在给中国共产党带来机遇的同时,也使中国共产党的先进性建设面临新的挑战;改革开放以来国内经济发展、民主政治建设等方面出现的新情况新问题对党加强自身先进性建设提出新的要求;当前党的队伍的新变化及长期执政带来的诸多问题使党的先进性面临严峻考验。第五章,对中国共产党在新形势下保持和发展自身先进性进行了思考。文章认为:保持和发展党的先进性必须坚持以解放思想为本质要求的党的思想路线;保持和发展党的先进性必须始终坚决贯彻执行党现阶段的政治路线;保持和发展党的先进性必须加强以党内民主制度为核心的党的制度建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Advanced nature is the essence of a political party. The political party which does nothave the advanced nature will be abandoned by the times. To keep and develop the advancednature is the source of power for the Communist Party of China, and is the core and the eternalsubject for strengthening the construction of the Party. The Party has a history of more than 80years, during when it adheres to and reflects the advanced nature confronted with differenthistorical missions. The Party has made a series of theoretical achievements, accumulated richexperience, and strengthened the research concerning the advanced theory, which is of greatimportance to the construction of the Party.This thesis is based on the basic viewpoint and method of dialectical materialism andhistorical materialism. It gives a comprehensive and systematical study of the Party’s theoryand experience during the process of keeping and developing the advanced nature.Furthermore, the strategies to keep and develop the advanced nature in the new period arediscussed. This thesis consists of five chapters.Chapter One compares and analyzes the related concepts regarding the political party’sadvanced issues. Under the guidance of Marxism and based on existing research results athome and abroad, the author discusses the connotation, performance, evaluation standard ofparty’s advanced nature, and puts forward his own viewpoints.Chapter Two makes an investigation into the history and theoretical achievement duringthe process of keeping and developing the advanced nature. The paper reviews the hardshipsof several generations of Chinese Communist Party, makes comments on their importantcontributions and concludes the basic characteristics to keep and develop the advanced nature.This chapter puts emphasis on the leaders’strenuous efforts and outstanding contributions.Chapter Three makes a systematic conclusion about the historical experience of keepingand developing the advanced nature. The paper holds that in order to keep and develop theadvanced nature, it should make firm ideological construction as a basis, solid politicalconstruction as the core, strong organization construction for reliance, fine style constructionfor support, scientific system construction as a guarantee, and the enhancing of the party’sruling ability as a basic task.Chapter Four mainly analyses the challenges the Party faces in the new situation. Thenew development of the world economy, politics, science, technology and culture providesgreat opportunities. At the same time, it makes the Party face new challenges. Since the reformand opening-up, the domestic economic development, construction of democracy, etc, putforward new demands for the Party to strengthen advanced construction. The new changes and the problems of long-term governing make the Party confront serious test.Chapter Five discusses the strategies to keep and develop the advanced nature in thenew period. The paper claims that to keep and develop the party’s advanced nature, it mustadhere to ideological line whose essential requirements is emancipating ideology, resolutelyimplement the Party’s political line, and strengthen the Party’s system construction which hasthe democratic system as the core.更多还原
