基于模糊理论的供应链网络构建与优化

【摘要】 供应链的动态性、复杂性使得各种不确定性在供应链网络中无处不在,无时不在。不确定性阻碍了供应链节点企业的协同合作,影响了供应链绩效发挥。对此,人们一方面通过建立协作机制和采用网络信息交流新技术来最大限度地消除或减缓供应链中各种不确定性的影响,另一方面也积极探索不确定性下的决策优化来有效推进供应链良好运作。不确定性理论的发展和不断完善为研究不确定性情况下供应链运作提供了有力的数学工具。本文在模糊理论支持下,探讨和研究模糊不确定性下供应链网络构建和优化问题。第一章绪论阐述论文的研究背景与动机,回顾了论文相关领域研究现状,分析了供应链关注的热点,指出相关研究中存在的不足并提出本文研究目标,在此基础上给出了论文的研究内容和框架。第二章研究了供应链网络中不确定性产生机理、作用方式和表现形式,探讨了供应链不确定性特性及其相应的控制机制和管理技术。针对模糊不确定性,研究供应链中的参数、目标和决策过程模糊不确定性的模糊描述,在充分运用模糊理论知识基础上,提出基于模糊理论的供应链网络构建与优化方法体系,为论文的后续研究提供了技术支持。第三章分析了模糊不确定性环境下供应链网络构建特别是合作伙伴选择时存在的问题,提出由供应链策略主导且模糊属性分量含有定性与定量两类变量的模糊多重多属性供应链合作伙伴评价与选择方法,并着重就三个方面进行了研究:一是反映决策者意愿的离散模糊信息集结综合方法以及相应的模糊语意权重向量确定;二是供应链策略下多属性重要性分类与模糊语意匹配;三是以供应链合作伙伴选择综合评价值作为权重进行供应链任务粗分配,从而形成供应链初始网络。第四章研究了面向模糊合作博弈的供应链网络优化,提出模糊不确定性下基于任务分配且收益均衡的供应链网络优化方法。从“机会成本”和“乐意支付”出发分析供应链网络中节点企业合作的多方博弈及模糊核存在且稳定,将模糊核拓展为创造价值活动的模糊多目标,建立基于成本和时间响应的模糊多方指派博弈模型,引入全模糊排序概念对模糊多方指派博弈模型的求解进行研究,由此得到利益均衡分配且满足特定目标的供应链优化子网。第五章研究了面向模糊多目标集中决策的供应链网络优化。探讨目标协调时模糊表达方式的目标满意度,分析供应链集中决策方式下多目标权重确定方法,提出基于决策者交互满意和目标满意水平补偿的多目标模型求解思路,由此得到集中决策方式下多目标满意协调的供应链优化子网。第六章研究了模糊多目标分布决策方式下供应链网络优化。供应链分布决策方式的一个重要特点就是多人群体决策和层次决策,由此引入多目标多层次规划来描述模糊不确定下供应链分布决策方式的这一决策特点,建立双层模糊多目标规划模型。运用不同层次决策者间的优先决策和对话决策等机制,研究层次目标优化的交互满意求解方法,由此得到分布决策方式下层次目标满足协调的供应链优化子网。最后,对本文的研究内容进行总结,指出论文的创新点、需要完善和深入之处及今后进一步研究的方向。

【Abstract】 The dynamic and complexity of supply chain make various uncertainties lie in the net of supply chain ubiquitously.The uncertainties obstructed the cooperation among the node enterprises on the supply chain and affected supply chain’s fulfilling it’s performance.To this,people,on one hand,eliminated or slowed down the influence of various uncertainties in supply chain with maximum by establishing cooperation mechanism and adopting new technology of network information communication;On the other hand,people explored the Policy-making optimization under the condition of uncertainty to advance the good operation of supply chain effectively.The development and continuous perfection of uncertainty theory provided mathematics tools for researching the operation of supply chain under the condition of uncertainty.Combining with 863 topics,this thesis,under the support of Fuzzy theory,discussed and studied the construction and optimization of the net of supply chain under the condition of fuzzy uncertainty.Chapter 1 is the Preface,which elaborated the research background and motivation of this thesis,and looked back the present condition of relevant field of thesis.Then analyzed the concerning hot of supply chain,and pointed out the shortages existed in relevant research and put forward this thesis’s research target、The content and framework of the research is given on this basis.Chapter 2 researched the creation mechanism,function method and manifestation of uncertainty in the supply chain network and discussed the characteristics of uncertainty of supply chain and the corresponding control mechanisms and management techniques. Besides controlling,the way to treat the uncertainty of supply chain is to express it effectively and bring it into the decision process,so as to minimize the impact of the uncertainty to the lowest extent.For fuzzy uncertainty,this thesis,on base of full using the knowledge of fuzzy theory,researched parameters,goals and the fuzzy description of the uncertainty in the process of decision-making,and put forward the construction and optimization system based on fuzzy theory,which provided technical support for the following research.Chapter 3 analyzed the existing problem in the construction of the net of supply chain,especially in the selection of partners in the condition of fuzzy uncertainty,and put forward the evaluation and selection method of supply chain cooperated partner,which, dominated by supply chain strategy.It contained two types of qualitative and quantitative multi-variable and multi-attribute.The research in this thesis focused on three aspects:the first parts are the general methods of assembly of discrete fuzzy information which reflect the wishes of policy makers and Corresponding determination of weight vector of semantic ambiguity;the second ones are the classification of importance of multi-attribute in supply chain and fuzzy semantic matching;the third aspects had a rough mission distribution of supply chain which uses the comprehensive evaluation of selection of partners of supply chain as the proportion and thus formed the initial network of supply chain.chapter 4 studied the optimization of supply chain network facing fuzzy cooperation game.It put forward the way of optimization of supply chain network based on mission distribution and balanced profits.Starting from opportunity cost and glad to pay,it studied the cooperated multi—game of node enterprises in supply chain network and the existed stable fuzzy nuclear;expanding fuzzy nuclear into fuzzy multi-objective activity treating value;Setting up fuzzy multi-assignment game model that responded by cost and time; Introducing the conception of full obscurity to have a study of the enquiry of fuzzy multi-assignment game model.In this way,it reached a optimized subnet of supply chain that the interest is distributed balanced satisfied by special goal.Chapter 5 had a study of supply chain network optimization facing fuzzy multi-objective concentrated decision-making.It carried out inspection of three goals in supply chain network such as production cost,investment cost and rate of customer satisfaction and found that conflict among multi-objective can’t be matched in the same time;Discussing the degree of goal satisfaction of fuzzy expression when coordinated goals; Analyzing the fixing way of the proportion of multi-objective under the way of concentrated decision-making of supply chain;Putting forward the thinking of multi-objective model based on decision-maker’s mutual satisfaction and compensation for goal satisfaction level. Therefore,it met the supply chain optimization subnet of multi-objective..Chapter 6 had a study of the optimization of the supply chain network under the fuzzy multi-objective distributed decision-making way.One important characteristic of distributed decision-making way is group decision-making and levels decision-making.Then,it introduced multi-objective multi-level planning to describe such characteristic of supply chain distribution decision-making under fuzzy uncertainty and set up double fuzzy multi-objective planning model.Making full use of the mechanisms of the priority decision-making and dialogue decision-making;Researching the interactive satisfied method of the optimization of level objective.Therefore,it met supply chain optimization subnet of satisfaction and coordination of level objective under the way of distribution decision-makingIn the end,it made a conclusion of the researching content of this thesis and pointed out the innovation,the place that needs to improve and to deep and the future direction.
