建筑企业危机管理团队沟通问题研究

【摘要】 正像美国著名的管理大师奥古斯丁所说的:“每一次危机的本身既包含导致失败的根源,也孕育着成功的种子。发现,培育以便获取这个潜在的成功机会就是危机管理的精髓。”企业危机管理沟通理论已开始成为现代企业管理研究中一个十分引人瞩目的领域。危机管理团队沟通是一种新型的危机管理的管理理念,危机管理团队的作用不仅仅体现在“危机应对”一个方面,而应是参与到企业的整个“危机管理”过程中来,使管理危机管理团队成员进行有效沟通,从而有效解决建筑企业的危机事件,这样才能发挥最大作用并使企业之危机管理更加科学、完善、高效、合理。因此,如何评价其绩效、如何激励、塑造和谐的危机管理团队价值观显得更为重要。沟通管理是提升建筑企业危机管理团队的凝聚力和整体绩效的有力保障。在建筑企业危机管理中,只有不断改进沟通管理,才能科学地组织、指挥、协调、控制、企业以及项目的实施过程,才能改善人际关系、完成企业目标,提升建筑企业的核心竞争力。本文主要运用比较研究方法。研究了建筑企业危机管理沟通与一般组织的管理沟通比较。通过案例分析方法以某建筑公司危机管理案例进行剖析,来充分论证文中的观点。本文的主要创新点主要有以下几个方面:第一,建筑企业危机管理环境扰动度研究。对建筑企业危机管理环境进行了定性分析,给出了建筑企业危机管理环境扰动函数;对处于工业经济环境与网络环境下,建筑企业危机管理环境扰动函数进行了比较研究;构建了环境扰动因素的预测模型及环境扰动度测度模型,并运用预测模型对环境扰动因素值进行了预测,运用建筑企业危机管理环境扰动度模型对建筑企业危机管理环境扰动度进行了测度。第二,建筑企业危机管理团队沟通过程问题研究。现代经济管理组织中的活动大多是通过团队的协作来完成的,而团队有效沟通是决策过程中不可缺少的一环。在对建筑企业危机管理团队与经营环境关系问题分析的基础上,构造了企业危机管理团队成员与企业经营环境关系的概念模型,并建立了相应的定量模型;对基于企业危机管理团队成员间协商与沟通过程进行了阐述,并对建筑企业危机管理团队沟通过程定量模型进行了实证分析,结果表明该模型具有一定的合理性。第三,危机管理团队人力资本定量分析及其流动问题研究。危机管理团队成员人力资本及其收入进行了分析,构造了基于时期变动的危机管理团队成员人力资本量和危机管理团队人力资本量的理论值和实际值的定量分析模型;提出了危机管理团队成员人力资本与危机管理团队人力资本流动的可能条件,并对模型进行了验证。在上述研究的基础上,论文提出实现高效危机管理团队沟通的措施。

【Abstract】 The well-known American manager,Augustine said,"Every crisis itself contains both the roots of failure and the seeds of success.Discovering,fostering and obtaining the potential chance of success is the essence of crisis management." Enterprise crisis management theory has become an eye-catching field in the modern enterprise management research.The crisis management group communication is a new kind of management ideas. Crisis management group is not only reflected on the role of "crisis response",but also should be involved in the whole process of "crisis management".Only this can elaborate the maximum function and make the enterprise crisis management much more scientific, perfect and reasonable.Therefore,how to improve the communication among the members of the crisis management group,how to evaluate their performance,and how to inspire and create harmonious values of management group is much more important than ever.And it can deal with the accident of the construction enterprise.Communication management is a powerful guarantee which can enhance the group’s cohesion and their overall performance of the construction enterprises.In the construction enterprise management,only through continuously improved crisis communication management,it can scientifically organize, command,coordinate and control the construction enterprise,hence it can improve human relationships,reach the project goals,and promote the core competitiveness of the construction enterprises.The comparison research technique is mainly used in the article.The communication between the construction enterprise crisis management and the common management is compared.One example about the crisis management of some construction enterprise is used to validate the views of the article.oThe main innovations are listed as follows.The first is the research on the environment disturbance of construction enterprise crisis management.The disturbance function derived from the analysis of the environment of the building construction crisis management.The relatively contrastive research is conducted under the environment of industry economy and network.The forecast model and the estimation model of the environment disturbance are built to forecast the environment factor.The environment disturbance is also estimated according to the above model.The second is the research on the communication of the crisis management group.The activities of modern management are almost completed by the group’s cooperation,while the effective communication is one of the necessary parts in the decision process.The conceptual and quantitative models are built on the analysis of the relation between the group members and the management environment.The communication process between the members based on the business crisis events is described.The quantitative model is demonstrated based on the fact.The results indicate that this model is rational.The third is the research on the quantitative analysis and flowage of human capital in the crisis management group.The quantitative model on the theoretical and actual value based on the time change is built according to the analysis of crisis management group’s human capital and income have carried on the analysis;The possible condition of the human capital and flowage is proposed.The model is also validated.Based on the whole study.The paper put forward the measure which can improve the communication ability among the crisis management team.
