【摘要】 我国正处于高速发展期,在城市建设开发的过程中难免对原有景观造成不同程度的破坏,如何尽快恢复或重建具有视觉、生态和文化三重效益的城市景观,探索建立城市景观再生框架和理论体系,系统研究景观恢复和再生相关技术和对策,对解决目前城市景观建设中的问题及景观的可持续发展具有重要的理论与实践意义。本文首先根据目前城市景观发展的现状及存在的主要问题,提出景观污染的概念,指出人类不当行为、景观文化的地域运动和信息化是导致景观生态失衡及雷同化的主因,而解决这一问题的途径是建立和完善城市景观再生的理论体系及方法。本文在分析城市景观再生研究背景及相关理论的基础上,对城市景观及城市生态系统做简单叙述,提出构建景观的“自然—空间—人类系统生态体系”,进而阐述城市景观安全与健康问题,并提出城市景观安全的综合评价指标体系。本文的核心部分是构建城市景观再生理论体系的框架。其主要研究内容分为三个部分:第一:首先提出城市景观再生的概念、内涵、研究内容及其支撑体系,指出景观再生研究包括视觉形态、历史人文、自然生态三个层面;理论研究的目标内容是最终实现景观的形态再生、环境再生、资源再生、生态再生和文化再生;创新性的提出景观再生的八大效应:连锁(关联)效应、动态效应、极化效应、尺度效应、边缘效应、梯度效应、进化效应、疲劳(退化)效应。第二:根据各种文献资料及实践案例,总结了四类目前常用的景观恢复与再生的技术方法及措施:即生态植物修复技术、建筑及工程设施景观恢复与再生技术方式、景观资源综合利用技术,并结合实例进行分析。第三:在总结城市景观再生设计的要素和阐述生态设计原理的基础上,依据绿色建筑技术理论和生态设计原理,总结了六大城市景观绿色建筑技术策略(即:地域策略、环境策略、资源策略、生态策略和持续策略)和六大生态设计策略(即:原生态设计、地域化设计、公众参与设计、自然能动设计、过程设计和循环再生设计),并简单论述城市景观再生设计的过程及方法。文章最后针对城市景观再生的主要研究层面及内容,列举山东日照市市区建设废弃迹地的景观再生实践、青岛市快速路两侧建筑风貌重建与修复实践、山东省临沂市“兰亭水岸”住区传统文化元素应用与再生实践三个工程案例,依据景观再生理论体系的方法和原则对应以上内容进行分析和论证。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is at a high-speed development period,the development of urban construction in the course of the original landscape will inevitably result in varying degrees of damage,how to restore or rebuild as soon as possible with the visual, ecological and cultural triple-effective urban landscape,and explore the establishment of the urban landscape regeneration framework and theoretical system,system of landscape restoration and regeneration of related technologies and solutions to solve the current urban landscape construction and landscape issues in the sustainable development of great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,based on the current status of development of the urban landscape and the main problems,the concept of visual pollution that human misconduct, geographical and cultural landscape of sports and information technology is similar to the landscape of ecological imbalances and the main reason,and solve this problem way is to establish and improve the urban landscape and the regeneration method of the theoretical system.Based on the analysis of the urban landscape of renewable research background and related theory,based on the urban landscape and urban ecosystem simple narrative, the construction of the landscape "Nature-Space-human systems ecological system", and the urban landscape of security and health problems,and safety of the urban landscape of the comprehensive evaluation index system.In this paper,the core of the urban landscape is to build a framework for renewable theoretical system.The main research content is divided into three parts:First:first proposed the concept of the urban landscape of renewable,content, research and its support system,pointed out that the regeneration of the landscape, including visual form,history and culture,natural environment at three levels;the goal of theoretical research is the eventual realization of the form of landscape regeneration, environmental regeneration,renewable resources and eco-regeneration;innovative renewable eight proposed landscape effect:a chain(correlation) effects,dynamic effects,polarization effects,scale effects,edge effects,gradient effects,evolutionary effects,fatigue(degradation) effects.Second:According to the literature and practice a variety of cases,summed up the four most commonly used landscape restoration and regeneration of the technology and measures:that is ecology phytoremediation,ecological water body repair technology,construction and engineering facilities,landscape restoration and regeneration of technical means,comprehensive utilization of resources technology landscape,combined with an analysis of examples.Third:At the conclusion of renewable sources of urban landscape design elements and principles of ecological design,based on the theoretical basis for the green building technologies and eco-design principles,summed up the six major urban landscape of green building technology strategy(ie:regional strategy,environmental strategy,resources strategy,eco-strategy and sustained strategy) and the six eco-design strategies(ie:the original eco-design,geography and design,public participation in the design,the natural dynamic design,process design and the design of recycling),and a simple design on the urban landscape of the process of regeneration and methods.Finally,the article of the urban landscape of renewable research and content level, citing the construction of Rizhao City slash abandoned the practice of landscape regeneration,Qingdao City,on both sides of highway reconstruction and restoration of architecture practice,Linyi City,Shandong Province,"Lanting waterfront" housing District elements of traditional culture and regeneration of the practice of application of the three works the case,according to the theoretical system of the landscape of renewable methods and principles of the above corresponds to the analysis and argumentation.更多还原
