【摘要】 经济德性尤其是经济道德或经济与道德关系问题的研究,20世纪60、70年代发源于美国,而后逐步在欧洲各国得到重视和发展。20世纪80年代末,我国理论界开始涉及该问题的研究。尽管近20年来,我国对这一问题的研究取得了一些成就,但总体而言尚处于研究初步阶段,一些问题需要在更高平台和更深层面上作系统的研究和阐释。本文第一部分(第一章)主要从三个方面陈述本论题研究的缘由:经济原本就内涵道德,只有从道德维度去剖析经济,才能深刻认识和把握经济;道德对经济有其独到的制约作用,尤其是科学意义上的道德对经济的发展有着积极的促进意义;经济道德在经济伦理学理论研究中的不可回避性和在经济建设、企业发展中的不可或缺性。第二部分(第二章)主要研究经济德性的涵义和功能。这部分内容以一种新的理论视角对经济德性的内涵和功能进行了较为系统、全面而深刻的论述。德性是指一定社会的道德主体在崇高的道德境界支配下为实现道德理想而自觉履行道德义务的持久品质,经济德性即是经济行为应有的道德责任及其崇高的价值取向和持久的经济品质。它具有净化社会环境、增强经济力、提升物质文明程度的作用,能够作为经济行为标杆和价值认同依据协调社会各种经济利益关系。第三部分(第三章至第五章)主要通过中外思想史的梳理和辨证的学理透视,研究经济的道德内涵和道德的经济意义。这部分的论述在理论和实践的结合上,以诸如关于“斯密”难题是虚拟命题、“真正的经济”是内涵道德的经济、道德也是生产力等开创性的思想观念,说明了经济和道德的互为存在和互为作用。尤其说明了经济道德在经济建设或企业发展过程中独到的无可替代的作用。没有道德就不可能正确认识和把握经济,就难以更好更快地发展经济。第四部分(第六章至第八章)在研究我国当代经济道德精神的基础上,着重从应用层面研究企业道德资本的生成和作用、企业核心竞争力、企业道德实践及其价值实现等企业经营过程中的伦理道德问题。通过诸如道德也是资本、道德是企业核心竞争力之核心要素、竞争目的不是优胜劣汰、囚徒困境中的博弈是赌博式博弈等创新性观点的提出和论证,揭示经济道德何以成为企业的核心竞争力,并提出经济道德在经济建设或企业发展过程中发挥作用的机理和机制,说明道德在经济活动或企业生产、经营过程中通过培养和激发人的精神潜能以及协调各种利益关系而形成的1加1大于2的合力,能够促使利益或利润最大化。在此基础上,通过理论联系实际地对相关问题的研究和阐述,力图提炼和设计一套较为行之有效的提升企业核心竞争力的操作性路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research on the moral quality of economy--that is economic morality,especially on the relation of economy and morality,began in America in the 1960s and 1970s,and developed in the countries of Europe,but was focused on in china up to the eighties of 20^th century. There are so many encouraging achievements of this field in the last twenty years.But the involved research is in the inchoate stage,and some problems need to be explored and interpreted systematically with a higher platform and a deeper level.In the section one（chapter one） of the dissertation,I explain the original account for study on this subject,and argue that morality is born in economy.Understanding and dealing with the economy deeply,we need to analyze it from a moral view.The restriction of morality to economy is unique,especially in the sense of the scientific morality promoting the development of economy.The study on economic morality in the field of business ethics is inevitable,also on the economic construction and the development of corporation.In the section two（chapter two） of the dissertation,I discuss the senses and functions of the moral quality of economy deeply in a new systematical theoretical view,and argue that virtue is a continuable quality in which moral subject follows consciously the moral duty for a moral ideal in the control of a good-seeking moral altitude.So the virtue of economy is the moral duty,sublime orientation for values and continuable quality to economic behavior.The functions of the virtue of economy include purifying the social environment,strengthening the power of economy,elevating the degree to Material civilization, advancing the economic behavior and dealing with relationship between stakeholders.In the section three（chapter three to five） of the dissertation,I focus study on the moral meanings of economy and economic senses of morality by combing the history of involved ideas in the dialectic perspective.Based on integrating theory and practice,some innovative ideas are referred to and used to explain the co-existence and interaction between economy and morality.These ideas include:’Smith Problem’ is a dummy proposition,’real economy’ is the moral economy,and morality is one of the force of production.Economic activities are people’s activities and the activities involving social relationship.So the economic activities contain necessarily morality that embodies the will of economic subject and the economic relationship.As the basic precondition to economic activities,economic institutions will lack the rational justification if the morality absents from it.At the same time,the virtue of morality is the unique function to economic construction and the development of corporation.That is the spiritual support to economic activities,the core of immaterial corporation asset,the important guarantee to collocating with reason resources,the important rules of economic operation,and the important symbol of development of socialistic market economy.So there will not be the right understandings and ways to economy without morality.Ignoring the unique power of morality,economy cannot develop better and faster.In the section four（chapter six to eight） of the dissertation,on the base of researching on the moral spirit of economy in contemporary china, at the level of application I discuss the ethical or moral problems in the full process of corporation management,involving the birth and functions of moral capital,corporation core-competitiveness,corporation morality practice and values realization,and so on.Through some novel views include:morality is the capital,morality is the core factor of corporation core-competitiveness,the aim of competition is survival of the fittest, ’Prisoner dilemma’ is the game of gambling,I discuss how the virtue of morality become the important support and content of corporation core-competitiveness,reveal deeply the functional mechanism of it during the economic construction and the development of corporation, and explain that morality can form the resultant force like one plus one over two which may maximize the interest and profit by training and inspiring the spiritual potential and harmonizing different interest relationships in the process of economic production and management. Finally,through the study and interpretation on involved problems in the way of theory relation to practice,I try to refine and design an exercisable morality approach to enhancing effectively the corporation core-competitiveness.更多还原
