【摘要】 目的:通过系统的临床试验,观察缪刺法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效及其安全性,初步探讨缪刺法的作用机理。方法:将60例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,分别用缪刺法和普通针刺法治疗两个疗程21天后观察两组的中医症候评分、肩关节疼痛及活动功能改善情况。结果:治疗组男性11例,女性19例,平均年龄53.17±4.56岁,对照组男性9例,女性21例,平均年龄53.90±4.44岁,两组患者年龄、性别经统计学检验,分别p=0.531和p=0.584,差异无显著性意义(p＞0.05),两组具有可比性。两组患者平均病程分别是2.80±1.32月和2.70±1.15月,两组患者病程经统计学检验,差异无显著性意义(p=0.756＞0.05),两组具有可比性。两组患者病情比较其中治疗组轻6人,中19人,重5人;对照组轻8人,中16人,重6人,经统计学分析,差异无显著性意义(p=0.672＞0.05)。治疗前,治疗组中医症状积分为18.38±2.70,对照组为17.46±2.76;两组疼痛指标积分分别为31.63±4.21和30.57±4.07;两组活动功能积分分别为9.37±1.51和9.15±1.42,经统计学比较均无统计学差异,具有可比性。另两组患者的病位经统计学分析,差异亦无显著性意义。经过两个疗程的治疗后,治疗组和对照组的中医症状积分分别减为10.88±4.00、9.54±4.42,经检验,两组都有确切疗效。其中治疗组治愈5例,显效16例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%,对照组治愈4例,显效18例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%,经检验两组疗效差异性无统计学意义,P＞0.05;两组治疗后的疼痛指标积分分别为48.83±6.47与49.08±7.15;两组治疗后的肩关节活动功能积分分别为19.14±1.52与19.86±1.76;两组治疗后的疼痛指标积分情况及肩关节活动功能积分均高于治疗前,两组间比较无显著性差异,P＞0.05。此外,治疗组与对照组治疗前后血常规及肝肾功能各项主要指标无显著性差异,两组的心电图、尿常规、大便常规,治疗前后均有少数轻微异常病例存在,但治疗后无一例加重,安全性较好。结论:缪刺法对肩周炎疗效确切,可有效的缓解肩关节疼痛、改善肩关节功能。缪刺法治疗组和普通针刺法对照组两组间的疗效比较两组间的差异无统计学意义,缪刺法治疗肩周炎值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the system clinical test,observes MiuCifa to treat the bursitis in shoulder the clinical curative effect and the security,and carries on the preliminary appraisal and the discussion to the MiuCifa clinical curative effect and the clinical function mechanism.Methods:Divides into the treatment group and the control group stochastically 60 example bursitis in shoulder patient,each group of each 30 examples,after use MiuCifa and the ordinary acupuncture law separately treat two treatment courses 21 days to observe and to compare two group of Chinese medicine symptom grading,the shoulder joint ache and the active function improvement situation.Results:MiuCifa treats the group before the treatment Chinese medicine symptom grading average integral for 18.38±2.70,after treatment average integral for 10.88±4.00 before,the ordinary acupuncture law control group treats the Chinese medicine symptom grading average integral 17.46±2.76, after treatment average integral 9.54±4.42,after the examination,two groups has the curative effect.The treatment group cures 5 examples,shows results 16 examples,the effective 7 examples,the invalid 2 examples,the total effectiveness 93.3%,the control group cures 4 examples,shows results 18 examples,the effective 6 examples,the invalid 1 example,the total effectiveness 96.7%,compares the result non-significance difference after the examination treatment group curative effect and the control group,P＞0.05; Another two groups treat after the ache target integral situation and the shoulder joint activity function integral are higher than before the treatment, during two groups compares the result non-significance difference,P＞0.05.Conclusion:MiuCifa to bursitis in shoulder curative effect affirmation, accurate,but effective alleviation shoulder joint ache as well as improvement shoulder joint function.MiuCifa treats the group and the ordinary acupuncture law control group two group of curative effect comparison difference non-statistics significances,MiuCifa treats the bursitis in shoulder to be worth the clinical promoted application.更多还原
