【摘要】 目的:观察巨刺法治疗缺血性中风的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:将53例缺血性中风患者按完全随机原则分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组组选取患者健侧肢体的内关、合谷、足三里、太冲穴;对照组选取患者患侧肢体的内关、合谷、足三里、太冲穴。治疗一个疗程后,观测神经功能缺损程度评分及生活能力状态。其积分进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组治疗前中风症候积分22.18±4.79,治疗后积分7.75±5.20,痊愈4例,显效14例,有效8例,无效2例,有效率92.85%;对照组治疗前积分22.32±5.34,治疗后积分10.76±6.65,痊愈2例,显效7例,有效11例,无效5例,有效率80.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);神经功能评分治疗组治疗前21.14±5.19,治疗后8.57±6.26,对照组治疗前21.68±5.92,治疗后12.20±7.00,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:巨刺法治疗缺血性中风临床疗效肯定,具有科学性、可行性,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the giant acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke and its mechanism.Methods:53 patients of ischemic stroke randomly devided into treatment and control groups,in the treatment group,select patients with contralateral limb,customs,Hegu,Zusanli,Taichong Point;in control group,selected patients with the affected limb Point,Hegu,Zusanli,Taichong point.After a course of treatment,observation neurological deficits ability to score and living status.Results:In the treatment group,The points of stroke symptoms was 22.18±4.79,after treatment the points was 7.75±5.20,recovered four cases,14 cases markedly effective,efficient eight cases,two cases of invalid,the total effective Percentage of treating grouP was 92.85%.In the control group before treatment the points was 22.32±5.34,After the treatment the points was 10.76±6.65,recovered two cases,seven cases markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,five cases invalid,a 80.00 percent efficiency,the two groups had a significant difference(P＜0.05);In the treatment group,the nerve function score before treatment was 21.14±5.19,after treatment was 8.57±6.26, the control group before treatment was 21.68±5.92,after treatment was 12.20±7.00,the two groups has a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The Clinical efficacy of Giant acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke is sure,it is scientific and feasibility,it Can be widely used in clinical.更多还原
