普通高等学校散打课程开发研究

Research on the Design of the Sanda Courses in Non-Sport Universities

【摘要】 本研究选择高校为切入点,在广泛调研的基础上,采用多种研究方法,对高校散打课程的具体开发进行了深入研究,初步构建出一套比较科学合理的、符合当前高校实际的散打课程,为散打的可持续发展和健康传播提供实践和理论上的参考。本研究主要包括以下几个方面:首先,本文在对高校散打课程开发必要性和可行性探讨的基础上,采用因子分析、专家访谈等研究方法对高校散打课程目标的确立进行了研究。分析表明:(1)散打课程初级目标应注重培养学生对散打课程的兴趣,在掌握散打基本礼仪规范和常用基本技术的基础上,初步培养自信心和勇敢顽强的意志品质,同时促进身体健康,培养竞争意识、合作精神、尊师重道的良好意识以及较强的组织纪律性。(2)对于散打高级课程目标的确立,在运动参与上要培养学生自觉参与散打锻炼的良好习惯,基本树立终身体育意识;在运动技能上要求熟悉并自觉遵守武术(散打)礼仪规范,熟练掌握散打中常用基本技术;身体健康方面,要注意提高身体素质,促进身体健康;心理健康上要发展自尊、自信的良好个性品质,培养顽强、勇敢、果断的心理品质和爱国主义情感;社会适应上培养较强的竞争意识、合作精神和明礼、谦恭、诚信的良好品德。其次,本文通过逻辑分析、问卷调查等研究方法对散打课程内容的组织进行了研究。散打课程内容组织要遵循符合课程目标原则、简洁实用原则、民族性原则和现实性原则。高校散打课程内容应包括理论知识和实践技能两大部分。其中,实践部分应包括武德、技术两部分内容。在技术内容上,初级课程技术内容以“2拳”、“2腿”、“2摔”为主:“2拳”即冲拳、贯拳;“2腿”即“鞭腿和蹬腿”;“2摔”即勾踢摔和搂切摔。高级课程以“3拳”、“3腿”、“3摔”为主:“3拳”即冲拳、贯拳和抄拳;“3腿”即鞭腿、蹬腿和踹腿;“3摔”即勾踢摔、搂切摔和压腿摔。再次,本文对高校散打课程实施的对策和主要途径——教学进行了研究,并提出了具体操作建议。最后,本文对高校散打评价进行了初步分析,其评价应包括对高校学生散打课程的学习评价、对高校散打教师评价和对高校散打课程建设评价。

【Abstract】 This research,choosing universities as the cut-in point,on the basis of a comprehensive research,adopting various kinds of research methods,thoroughly studies the actual design of the Sanda courses in universities and primarily establishes a set of Sanda courses,which are comparatively scientific and reasonable and accord with the actuality of the universities at present.The research can provide a reference for the sustainable development and healthy popularization of Sanda on the theoretical and practical level.The research mainly includes the following aspects:First,this essay,on the basis of the discussion about the necessity and feasibility of the design of the Sanda courses in universities, adopting the research methods of factor analysis,expert interview,etc., studies the confirmation of the targets of Sanda courses in universities,. The analysis shows:(1) The elementary targets of the Sanda courses should focus on forming the students’ interest in the Sanda courses;on the basis of mastering the Sanda basic etiquette criteria and Sanda basic techniques in common use,the courses should basically form the character of confidence,bravery and pertinacity and at the same time promote the physical health,form the competition consciousness,cooperation spirit, respect for the teacher and the concept of collectivity and discipline. (2) The construction of the advanced courses targets should form the good habit of consciously doing Sanda exercises of the students on the level of sport participation and basically establish the concept of life-long physical education;on the level of sport techniques,the students should be familiar with and consciously obey the Wushu(Sanda) etiquette criteria and master adroitly the Sanda basic techniques in common use; on the level of physical health,the focus should be improving the quality of the body and promoting the physical health;on the level of psychological health,the focus should be developing the good character of self-respect and self-confidence and forming the psychological quality of pertinacity,bravery,decisiveness and patriotism;on the level of social adaptability,the focus should be forming the consciousness of competition,the spirit of cooperation and the moral qualities of courtesy,humbleness and honesty.Second,adopting the research methods of logic analysis, questionnaire,etc.,the essay studies the organization of the content of the Sanda courses.The design of the Sanda course content should obey the course target principles,terse and practical principles,national principles and realistic principles.The content of the Sanda courses in universities should include two parts—theoretical knowledge and practical techniques.The practical part should include two parts,which are Wushu morality and techniques.As to the technical content,the main primary course content includes "2 punches","2 kicks" and "2 wrestles":"2 punches" means straight punch and punching through;"2 kicks" means side kick and straight kick;"2 wrestles" means draw-kick wrestle and hug-push wrestle.The main content of the advanced courses includes "3 punches","3 kicks" and "3 wrestles":"3 punches" means straight punch,punch through and side punch;"3 kicks" means side kick,straight kick and forward kick;"3 wrestles" means draw-kick wrestle,hug-push wrestle and leg-pushing wrestle.Third,the essay studies the countermeasures and the main approaches of the implementation of the Sanda courses in universities—the teaching process and provides the suggestions for actual practice.Finally,the essay basically analyzes the evaluation of Sanda courses in universities.The evaluation should include the evaluation of the students for the Sanda courses in universities,the evaluation of the teachers of the Sanda courses in universities and the evaluation of the construction of the Sanda courses in universities.
