纳米二氧化硅多组元有机胡须化及性能研究

【摘要】 本文通过聚合物接枝改性的方法,在纳米SiO2表面接枝几种不同性质的聚合物聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯低聚物(LMPET),得到了多组元有机聚合物链段在SiO2表面生长并向外延伸的“胡须化”表面结构。这种特殊的胡须化结构,在高分子基体中呈纳米级分散,与基体之间有良好的相容性。力学性能分析表明,当胡须化纳米SiO2添加量在3.5%以内时,PET的力学性质得到改善,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率都增加,拉伸模量增加,硬度增加;流变分析表明,胡须化纳米SiO2的存在使PET熔体更接近于牛顿流体,使非牛顿性减弱,这对改善纺丝性能是有利的。在制备的多组元胡须化纳米SiO2表面引入发光组元得到多组元胡须化纳米SiO2发光载体,荧光分析表明三种稀土发光材料的发射峰都属于是5D4--->7F5的绿光辐射。将这种胡须化的纳米载体分散到高分子基体中制备的复合材料在紫外光照射下发出明亮的绿色荧光。本文分析表征了多组元胡须化的纳米SiO2表面结构及性能,对其在高分子基体中的应用进行了研究。这项工作为纳米SiO2表面改性制备功能材料的研究开辟了新的方向,这种通过化学键相连的高分子/胡须化纳米微粒在未来的高科技领域将具有重要的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation,the surface of nano-silica were modified by the oligomer chains such as PEG and LMPET.The FT-IR,XPS,~1H-NMR and TG results showed that the oligomer chains were successfully grafted onto the surface of nano-silica and elongated like organic-haired.The nano-silica particles with organic-hair structure were dispersed well in polymer matrix.The TEM images showed that the nano-silica particles with organic-hair structure was dispersed well in PET matrix within nanometer sizes.The addition of the nano-silica particles with organic-hair structure to PET matrix influenced its mechanical properties.The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break were all increased while the content of the nano-silica particles with organic-hair structure was less than 3.5 percent.The stretch modulus and hardness(HS)were also improved with the increase of the content.The rheological properties were detected by capillary rheometer.The results exhibited that the PET/nano-silica particles with organic-hair structure hybrid materials belonged to shear-thinning fluid,but the non-newtonian behaviour of hybrid materials was weakend.The nano-silica particles with organic-hair structure and rare earth ions were hybrided to form multiple-component luminescent materials.The inorganic/organic hybrid materials behaved excellent luminescent property under ultraviolet radiation.The nano-silica modified with multiple-component organic-hair luminescent powders were dispersed in some polymer solution and then polymer matrix luminescent powder could be obtained.The polymer matrix also exhibited enhanced fluorescence property under ultraviolet radiation.This work analysized the surface structure and properties of the nano-silica particles with organic-hair structure and studied the properties of PET/nano-silica particles with organic-hair structure hybrid materials.This work also developed a new luminescent material and widened the research on the perspective of inorganic/organic materials.
