现代船舶企业CIMS关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies of CIMS in Moden Shipbuilding Enterprise

【摘要】 信息集成技术在船舶制造企业从传统造船模式向现代造船模式的转变过程中,起到了重要作用。以全面数字化、全面模块化和网络平台等为技术支撑建立船舶企业的CIMS系统,是对中国的造船企业提出的新一轮挑战。本文以典型的船舶制造企业的CIMS系统数据集成管理实践为背景,并结合863研究课题和企业应用项目,针对大连船舶重工集团信息化的改造要求,通过对该企业造船能力现状和未来技术需求的分析,提出适合该企业信息化技术改造的思路以及CIMS总体架构。对该企业CIMS系统的薄弱环节——生产计划管理系统、质量管理系统以及物流信息管理系统等的主要技术分别进行了深入研究。针对造船企业的生产流程,根据生产计划分级管理的原则和特点,分别建立公司级五级生产计划和公司下属分厂的三级计划。以精益造船理论为基础,对其层次分明的拉动计划体系进行研究,并通过构建基于RCPSP算法的船舶生产计划辅助生成系统,以解决该行业内各船企普遍存在的产品建造周期长、生产计划安排不合理、生产效率低下等问题。造船企业质量信息采集、控制和考核以及质量管理体系的评估问题是CIMS系统中亟待解决的难题,为此在分析了船舶企业质量信息特点的基础上,对船企的质量管理与控制技术进行了研究,构建了适合造船企业的质量数据仓库。在建立质量信息系统的综合评估指标体系的基础上,通过运用模糊层次分析算法对质量体系进行评估,以实现质量管理的协同运作和质量数据的科学分析,保证质量管理体系的稳步改进。针对造船企业生产过程中的复杂性和不确定性,通过建立零部件齐套模型,以实现对零件装配过程中的齐套性进行动态监控,实时报缺,保证企业均衡有序的生产。同时,根据船舶企业对各种物料的生产情况和监控需求的差异,针对物料拖期问题建立多层生产过程物料监控模型,从而为造船企业压缩船舶的生产建造周期提供技术保证。在上述研究的基础上,以大连船舶重工集团的管理现状和生产情况为例,介绍了CIMS系统在企业中的开发设计、实施和所取得的应用效果。

【Abstract】 Information technology has played an important role in the transformation of shipbuilding from traditional mode to modern mode.Comprehensive digitalization、comprehensive modularization and network platform has been developed as technical support to construct CIMS for shipbuilding,and this is a new challenge for ship manufacturing enterprise.As the background of realization of integrated data management of CIMS in ship manufacturing enterprise,based on the research subject in 863 plan and an application project in enterprise,the CIMS structure and the thought of information reform has been proposed,according to the requirement of information reform,the analysis of current ship-building capability and future demand in Dalian shipbuilding industry corporation (DSIC).The weak link of CIMS in DSIC such as production planning management system, quality management system and logistic information system has been deeply researched.The main content is as follows:With regard to the characters of production processes and the principle of classification management,five-level production plan in company and three-level production plan in subsidiary coorporation have been put forward.Based on the research of Lean Shipbuilding and pull plan system,the RCPSP aided generation system of shipbuilding production plan in order to reduce product production cycle and minimize production cost and improve machining efficiency.After analysizing the characters of quality information of shipbuilding,the technology of quality management and control has been researched and the dada warehouse has been constructed to solve the problems in quality data acquisition,control,examination and evaluation of quality management system.Based on the comprehensive evaluation index system,AHP method has been used to evaluate the quality management system,to realize cooperative operation in quality management and scientific analysis of quality data,and to ensure the steadily improve of quality management system.Considering the complexity and uncertainty in production processes of shipbuilding,an model of components kitting analysis and adjustment has been built up to report the dynamic monitoring results and real-time parts shortness on components assembling,and to guarantee the balanced and ordered production status.In addition,according to the difference of material monitoring requirement of shipbuilding,the multi-layer material monitoring pattern has been founded for lacking parts problem.This algorithm provides techniques guarantee to reduce the production cycle.Combining with production management situation in DSIC,the implementation and application effect has been introduced.
