【摘要】 企业集群令人瞩目的发展来源于其突出的竞争优势,而竞争优势的确立必然以其拥有的竞争力为依据。本文在对国内外企业集群研究文献回顾和评论基础上,运用外部经济理论、竞争优势理论和社会网络理论,对我国中小企业集群的发展现状以及群内企业的竞争力情况进行了深入分析,重点研究了中小企业集群与群内企业竞争力间的关系;确定了企业集群外部环境、集群规模、集群结构、集群资源、集群能力以及群内企业竞争力等潜变量,建立了结构方程模型:并根据模型的研究需要,设计了调查问卷,获取了大量实证数据,对模型进行了检验。通过理论研究和实证分析,本文取得了以下成果:一、获得了中小企业集群的外部环境、规模、结构、资源和集群能力对群内企业竞争力的路径图和路径系数。二、群内企业从集群中获得的主要是成长环境(即来自于集群规模效应、信息等方面的环境成长优势),来自于较高层次集群能力(如集群的声誉、集群的行业控制力、集群内其它企业的发明专利等)对群内企业竞争力的影响是有限的。三、中小企业集群对群内企业竞争力提升的最大贡献在于企业集群的内部竞争环境所带来的竞争压力。在此基础上,本文通过对实证研究的进一步探讨和挖掘,得出利用企业集群促进群内企业竞争力提升的若干启示。本文的实证研究方法、结论以及得到的相应启示,都具有一定的理论意义和实际意义:一方面弥补了对中小企业集群群内企业竞争力研究的不足,同时对解决当前珠三角洲地区生产企业外移中出现的问题有参考价值。与目前侧重于研究企业集群整体竞争力的现状相比,本研究以集群的内部关系结构及其对群内企业竞争力的影响为中心,研究视角较新,研究方法有所拓展,得出的研究结论有一定的创新性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The amazing development of a cluster of enterprises originates from its prominent competitive advantage,and the establishment of the competitive advantage is based on its inherent competitiveness.In this paper,based on domestic and foreign iteraturial review and comment of cluster of enterprises,utilizing the external economy theory,the competitive advantage theory and the society network theory,in-depth analysis of the development situation of the cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises and the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster was carried out,and the relationship between the cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises with the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster was studied in emphasis.Latent variables such as the cluster’s external environment,size,structure,resources, capacity as well as the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster were determined,and the structural equation model was established. In accordance with needs of the research,the interview questionnaire survey has been designed,a great deal of empirical data has been obtained,a model has been tested.Through theoretical research and empirical analysis,this article has made the following results:First,the path diagram and the path coefficient of the cluster’s extemal environment,scale,structure, resources and capacity to the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster have been obtained.Second,the contribution of the cluster on enterprises in the cluster is mainly the growth environment(i.e.the growth environment comes from the cluster such as scale effect, information and so on),and the influence from the higher level capacity (such as the cluster’s reputation,control power,other patents etc.) is limited.Third,the greatest contribution to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster from the cluster is competitive pressures brought by the internal competitive environment.On this basis,this paper further draws a number of enlightenment to promote the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster.The empirical study method,the conclusion as well as the enlightenment, has a certain degree of theoretical and practical significance:on the one hand,the insufficiency of research of the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster has been made up.At the same time,it has a valuable reference to solve relocation of the current Zhujiang Delta area’s manufacturing enterprises.Compared to the current study focused on the overall competitiveness of the cluster,this study takes the cluster’s internal relations structure and the influence on the competitiveness of enterprises in the cluster as a center,no matter the angle of research,the research technique,the research conclusion,is certainly innovative.更多还原
