【摘要】 本文就中国农村合作经济制度变迁和制度创新进行研究。对农户小生产和外部市场之间矛盾,农户小规模经营与农业现代化的矛盾等进行分析,采用理论与实践、定性与定量相结合的分析方法,以中国农村合作经济制度问题为主线进行系统分析与深入考察。在对我国农村合作经济制度变迁基本情况进行了深入分析的基础上,主张以不断创新的具有中国特色马克思主义制度经济学为理论支撑,通过采用德尔菲和DEMATEL法建立了直接影响矩阵并对其影响因素进行分析;运用系统论分析了该系统的组成、外界环境、功能、状态与演进,阐述了农村合作经济制度系统的相互作用机理;基于熵理论分析农村合作经济制度系统,计算出系统的熵值,认为该系统向有序方向发展演进;并且以和谐经济理论为基础,对农村合作经济制度和谐性进行综合分析,认为系统从不和谐状态到较和谐状态演化。从而证明中国农村合作经济制度系统是一种向上的演进,提出相关对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cooperative economic system is a rather age-old topic and plays an influential role in the development of cooperative economic activities. It is the product of socialization in capitalist industrial revolution and becomes a universal phenomenon. It has been influenced by various cooperative economic theories since spreading into China.Chinese farmer is the biggest social group which occupies 70% of Chinese population, 15% of world’s population and 35% of world’s farmers. However, it is still in low level in terms of organization degree, which impedes their capacities in the market and international competition. Therefore, increasing organization level is an urgent requirement for rural economy and farmers. Cooperative economic system is new and realistic issue as China is a developing country. It is believed that this system is the most appropriate economic origination form in the process of rural development, because it makes a good combination between household economy and market economy and promotes agricultural and rural modernization process.Chinese household contract management system was established since reform and opening up, which has stimulated farmers productivity and makes them exposed to various market hazards as well. Some limitations show up with the development of market. In this sense, rural cooperative economic system is regarded as one of the most effective measures to improve agricultural production, raise farmers’income and promote urban and rural harmony.Rural cooperative economic system has changed the patterns of agricultural production and organization structure, and meanwhile brings about some system arrangement problems. The central government has issued eleven important documents concerning agricultural problems, rural problems and farmers’problems in 30 years. In order to increase farmers’income, agricultural enhancement and rural stability, the central government explicitly put forward a great historical mission to build a new socialist countryside in the 5th plenary session of the sixteenth central committee and promote rural specialized co-operatives process in the 3rd plenary session of the seventeenth central committee. In the CCP central Document No.1 of 2009, the government also put forward a policy to support the development of rural specialized co-operatives and leading enterprises. All these significant policies have formed the most decisive strategic principles for state stability.Rural cooperative economic system is formed in the process of government, market and farmers interaction. It is a reconstructive process in terms of rights and benefits of government and farmers. Consequently, it will be influenced by various factors, such as market incentive mechanism, constraint mechanism, rural policy, system environment and conventional culture.The dissertation, by adopting new system economics and system theory, theoretically and empirically makes a comprehensive and systemic study on rural cooperative economic system on the basis of Marxism-Leninism. It puts forward some suggestions on perfecting rural economic system from objective situation of rural economy and provides a comparatively systemic and persuasive theoretical explanation. The dissertation is altogether composed of eight chapters.Chapter One IntroductionThis chapter illustrates the purpose and significance of topic, introduces the general situation of rural cooperative economic organization both in China and abroad, and provides the research method and techniques.Chapter Two Basic theory of Chinese rural cooperative economic systemThis chapter is a literature review, which introduce and summarize some theories and about cooperative economy their developments, including western classical theory and Marxism-Leninism. This chapter, as a prerequisite aims to provide a theoretical tool for analyzing and studying Chinese rural cooperative system.Chapter Three Changes of Chinese rural cooperative economic system and its reviewThis chapter attempts to study the concrete forms of Chinese rural cooperative economic system, meanwhile, it explores the historical changes, present issues and system innovations and arrangements, especially the agricultural cooperative movement leading by CPC in 1950s. Studying this period of history which makes us draw a precious experience and lesson has a deeply impact on the further development of rural cooperative organization. Chapter Four Comparative analysis of international rural cooperative economic system and its implicationsBy analyzing the establishment and development of western rural cooperative system and its status, functions, this chapter reveals various reasons, conditions, common characteristics and tendencies of rural cooperative system, and then summarizes common experience. Doing this will has a significant implication for development of Chinese rural cooperative economic organization.Chapter Five Analysis of influential factors concerning rural cooperative economic organization on the basis of TN methodThis chapter, by adopting TN method, makes an analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively on the influential factors concerning rural cooperative economic organization, especially some principal factors, like ideological and cultural environment, system environment, internal constraint and technological factors, and besides advances some corresponding improvement measures.Chapter Six Analysis of Chinese rural cooperative economic systemThis chapter, from definition, feature, structure, function, state and mechanism of system, makes a thorough analysis on some problems in Chinese rural cooperative economic development from the perspective of system theory,Chapter Seven Entropy analysis of Chinese rural cooperative economic systemBy applying entropy theory of thermodynamics to rural cooperative economic system, this chapter makes a detail study on entropy emergence, entropy flow, entropy change, and entropy value. Furthermore, it puts forward some appropriate measures to guide the construction of rural cooperative economic system on the grounds of combination between entropy theory and realistic rural situation.Chapter Eight system harmony----the conception of Chinese rural cooperative economic innovation and its suggestionOn the basis of eastern and western harmony theory, this chapter analyses the system harmony of Chinese rural cooperative economic system and put forward some suggestions and measures, which will improve rural cooperative economic system from unharmonious state to comparatively harmonious state.更多还原
