【摘要】 自新地缘政治学复兴以来,中西方学者从不同视角对地缘政治学做总体的评价和研究,意在尝试建构新型理论模式来重新焕发它的生命力,但是地缘政治学并没有实现本质的进步,也没有在理论上形成潮流,只是在原有基础上静静的重复和翻新,相反信息化、全球化给地缘政治学的发展带来了新挑战。本文通过对地缘政治思想史的梳理,总结出地缘政治理论所内涵的两种观念:冲突性与联合性,并以此为视角从总体上分析地缘政治理论的精神实质,得出结论是大部分地缘政治理论都体现冲突性的世界观,而冲突性的地缘政治观是导致地缘政治学无法超越自身向前发展的根本原因。为了使地缘政治学在新时代下得到新的发展,就必须用一种全新的思维模式去分析问题,探求以联合性的地缘政治观念的和平与合作思想为指导去建构地缘政治理论,本文认为这是地缘政治学获得生命力的重要途径。中国的和谐世界思想所包含的信仰在地缘政治学的范式下,就是一种联合性地缘政治观的体现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present geopolitical studies have entered the new development stage of all-direction visual angle. Scholars have rebuilt the concept and the method of traditional geopolitics according to new tools of history study,step analysis, dichotomy,multilateralism and rule theory.The selected topic direction of the book is geopolitics theory. Writing purpose is not introducing the concrete geopolitics theory content and retelled it , but analysing the theory’s essence and guiding ideology ,and at the same time pointes out geo-political science controlled by two kinds concept eventually: the conflictual concept and the associative concept .The conflictual geopolitics concept observes the spirit essence embodying conflict and competition still more,which leeches on to power politics concept and always stay in main current position; the associative concept embodies peace and cooperation , which dispute main current’s all the time. The main body of the book is to analyse limitation of the conflictual concept , the advantage and necessity pointing out the thought the associative concept of geopolitics. The article is five parts together mark except the introduction and conclusion.Chapter One History and Development of GeopoliticsThe first chapter is to analysize and the important thought and theory school of geopolitics so far briefly and divide the stage to geopolitics .Generally geopolitics includes three categories: geopolitics on germ’s phrase, traditional geopolitics and the neo- geopolitics. In germ’s phrase of geopolitics, discuss was about to environment effect to human’s character istic and action of nations mainly from the angle of ralations between human and environment with the scholars from ancient greek to the early 19ths . The discuss in this phrase has established certain basis for the creation of geopolitical science . Traditional geopolitics has two parts from the angle of level: to the level of nation, geopolitics is to explain the relation of geographical factors and state’s power ; the level of international struture may explain how the bialateralism geopolitical struture . neo- geopolitics has two parts: the former concerns the new world rules of balance of power and the region map such as the grand chessboard theory, neoeurasialism ; the latter concerns new power factor as“core-rim”world rule theory and the clash of civilizations theory.Chapter Two Conflict: Dominant Geopolitical ConceptChapter two points out conflictual geopolitics still in leading position whenever the geopolitical theory was affected by it. Regardless of germ’s phrase of geopolitics and traditional geopolitics , geopolitics rely on conflictual concept much. After the second world war especially with some scholars rethought rationality by which the states can expand the power random, the conflictual geopolitics has been questioned and the associative concept geopolitics begins to be paid close attention to.but it does not change the fundamental position of conflictual geopolitics concept. In fact ,neo-politics still has the core of conflict.Chapter Three An Analysis to Conflictual Concept in Geopolitical TheoryThis chapter analyze how the geopolitics reflect the basic connotation of the realism .The third chapters is divided into three parts. With the guiding of conflict concept from the basis assumption of realism, the part one sum up the general characteristic of geopolitics including core of conflict、aim to controll power, world rules with powers as core,power politics and the world rule. The part two analyse geopolitics theory cling to under conflictual concept to realism philosophy. The last part points out the cling have brought about inactive consequence. The extreme persuit to conflict concept eventually was utilized by the German Nazzi. As a result geopolitical science is at a low ebb.Chapter Four The Possibility to Association: Rethought to Conflict Concept from Different AnglesThe fourth chapters use the associative angle criticizing and rethinking the conflictual geopolitics concept profoundly by which we can analyse wether associative concept can be a core of future geopolitics theory constructure ,and how conflictual geopolitics concept be changed into associative concept. To do this, in new era we have to adopt more angle to study associative concept or abandon powerful concept . The chapter firstly has made the simple summary and the review to the associative geopolitics ’s history and the realistic condition; then analyzes realistic foundation of associative geopolitics view; finally introduced the ideal essential factor which realistic foundation geopolitics view can be established.Chapter Five harmonious world: Chinese Practice to Assocative Geopolitical ConceptThe chapter five analyse the theory and practice problems on associative geopolitics view with the Chinese harmonious world thought as case . This chapter explain the geopolitics concept in a future harmonious world from theory and practice angles . In theory ,we can find out“peaceful ,developmentual and cooperational”harmonious world has huge difference with other geopolitics theory. Harmonious world’s core is some redusal to conflict and power and a rule of peace and joint. In practice, through chinese diplomacy practice, we can see the life-force of armonious world Strategy. With the example of Chinese periphery area strategy ,there is a conclusion that armonious world concept is accorded with development trend of neo-era.更多还原
