套损井综合治理保障大庆油田可持续发展研究

【摘要】 套损严重地影响了包括大庆油田在内的各油田生产,是中国石油目前油气生产所面临的重要问题。研究有效预测套损的检测方法,并在此基础上制定与实施切实有效的综合治理方案,是套损预防和治理工作的当务之急,对油田的产能建设和油田的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。本文根据大庆油田可持续发展面临的形势、大庆油田可持续发展的油气勘探开发基本战略以及大庆油田可持续发展的工程技术服务基本战略,针对大庆油田套损现状,开展了套损井综合治理保障大庆油田可持续发展研究,提出了套损综合治理方案,即在大庆油田套损形成机理分析的基础上,研究探讨由套损综合预防技术、检测技术和套损修复及报废技术所构成的套损综合治理技术体系,并从技术经济角度对套损综合治理技术体系加以分析。研究的主要内容包括:1、创新研究集成方位测试与井径测井于一体的小直径综合测井仪,提出了套损测试检测工艺技术,为机理研究和修井提供了先进的技术手段;2、运用技术经济分析理论建立了由套损检测技术方式的适应性评价模型和套损检测技术的DEA综合效益评价模型构成的套损检测技术方式优选技术经济评价方法,以确保套损检测技术的技术可行性与经济合理性;3、集成创新套损井综合预防措施和方法,降低了油水井套损率;4、提出了大力发展及应用整形、取换套、侧斜、加固、报废五大配套技术,提高了套损井修复率;5、运用综合评价理论和技术方法建立了大庆油田套损综合治理技术体系综合评价体系,以确保新的套损综合治理技术工艺的经济效益合理性。

【Abstract】 Many oil fields, such as Daqing oil field, are affected by casing damage and it is becoming a serious problem now. So researching the detection method of effective forecasting casing damage and constituting an effectual comprehensive harness program become urgent affairs.In order to achieve sustainable development and solve the problem of casing damage, this dissertation researches the comprehensive harness of casing damage for protecting sustainable development of Daqing oilfield. A comprehensive harness scheme of casing damage is put forward and analyzed which including the mechanism, inspection, prediction of casing damage and how to rehabilitate and discard the casing damage well. The major context including the following:1、Through researching a slim azimuth caliper logging tool, a new inspection technique of casing damage is provided which provides a new way for mechanism research and mending the well.2、The use of technical and economic analysis theory,this dissertation builds the techno-economic evaluation method for optimization way of inspection of casing damage, which consists of the evaluation model of technical feasibility and DEA evaluation model of technical economic efficiency. This method can assure the technique feasibility and the economy rationality about the detect technique of casing damage.3、Many prediction measures are integrated ,which can reduce the casing damage ratio of the well.4、Five supporting technology are proposed including plastic, side-tracking, removal and change of casing, reinforced, end-of-life, which improve the well casing damage repair rate;5、Using of comprehensive evaluation theory and methods, this dissertation establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of Daqing oil field casing damage comprehensive harness, which ensure the economic rationality of comprehensive harness scheme of casing damage.
